Dr Evans has been treating our fur family members for at least a decade. Our Mr Muggles was 18 shy of his 19th birthday and our Wes was 12 at the time of his passing and I thank the staff at CRAH for our many years with them. They kept our poodles healthy and have always treated us with kindness and respect. The staff is great and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable that even after we moved into the Rio Medina area we still travel to CRAH. It’s been amazing to watch this facility grow into what it is now. Just when We thought we were done with dogs, a house without paw prints isn’t a house so we adopted our girl Regina George from ACS. Bless to have Dr Evans and her staff taking care of our girl.

We visited on January 16th with our Lady, who has mammary cancer. Our niece referred us to this clinic. We were seen by Dr. G, who was very gentle, kind, and communicated well with us, especially considering we are a hard-of-hearing family. I understood him clearly. I was very emotional about letting my baby go, but he conveyed the message gently, making me feel better and not guilty or wrong about the decision. I couldn't have gone through this without him. Thank you, Dr. G.!! One veterinary assistant, who had a fanny pack, helped us through the euthanasia process. We were very emotional, and I could see she was emotional too. My heart goes out to her. After we left, we were a little worried about whether Lady was still alive or at peace. The assistant came outside while we were sitting in the car and assured us by saying she had double-checked and Lady had indeed passed away. I felt relieved, and it gave me peace of mind. Thank you to her. And thank you to the front desk lady, Sheryl (I think), with the beautiful curly hair and cute glasses. Your smile and calm demeanor were very comforting. Thank you! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need.

If your wondering whether this clinic actually cares about the work they do, THEY DO. Super friendly staff, very compassionate doctor. No surprises and good communication. Your team acted right away in getting my honey his X-rays and surgery he needed. I had a horrible experience at another hospital that wanted 10 grand for surgery and I no way in hail had that kind of money. Thank you a million times!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean staff is nice, but I'm shocked I spent $450 total for my dogs vaccines and spay, an e collar wasn't automatically provided, antibiotics were not given to take home, and the only pain control my dog was prescribed was an anti inflammatory... I've worked for 6 different animal hospital I've never ever seen a dog get a spay and be sent home with out antibiotics first off, or appropriate pain control... like Tramadol or Rimadyl... (a spay feels like a c section surgery) luckily I had tramadol left from an accident i had and gave her half cuz she was just howling and whining. After about 30min after I gave her the half pill of tramadol from my personal human dr... she quit crying she got up to drink and she is sleeping comfortably... im shocked at how much money I spent and my dog was only given 4 100mg anti inflammatory pills it's basically motrin. Def calling the vet tomorrow I'm just in disbelief... im a former vet tech so yes I know she can safely take tramadol after this procedure and it is safe if taken with the anti inflammatory given by this clinic, i called a vet in dallas i use to work for to make sure. Any way this place is great for boarding and for regular exams and vaccines baths flea prevention but I'm really disappointed in the pain management they provided after surgery.

We have used Callahan Road Animal Hospital for over a decade. They have always been great with our babies. We recommend everyone use this terrific, professional animal care center. We have not found another vet with the level of customer service and quality of care that they show. Five Stars!

This animal hospital is the BEST! I was extremely happy with the way Dr. Evans went our of her way to treat my 3 month old puppy. There office had just closed on Saturday. She treated my Coco for an ear infection. She found me outside and i asked her if she could refer me to another vet that was open. she didn't think twice to take care of my Coco. I live 30 minutes away from this animal hospital. Her staff was awesome and very loving to my fur baby. Coco is doing better and does not have anymore irritation in his ear. :) Thank you Dr. Evans and her staff.
