I took my 11 month old golden retriever pup here today for the first time for some concerns I had and I will continue to come here from now on. The front desk girls are very inviting and kind. The vet techs were very sweet and informative. I really appreciated the vet tech that came in and just kept me updated while they tried to get a urinalysis from my pup instead of just leaving me there to wonder. Those little things matter! Last but not least, Dr. Natela is the nicest and most thorough vet I have ever spoke to. She addressed all my concerns in great detail, nothing felt rushed and she has a very warm presence about her! Everyone was so good with my rambunctious golden pup! Their prices are reasonable and the facility is clean! Thank you for all that you ladies do!

I don't know how it took me 5+ years of bringing my pets here to write a review, but better late than never! I love this vet office. The team is incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. They've been with me through everything you could imagine from routine check ups to emergency surgeries - even providing the best possible care for my baby when he crossed the rainbow bridge. They have always been there to do what's best for my pets and I applaud their combination of professionalism and comforting care. I recommend them to everyone I know and will even drive the hour plus to take my pets to them since moving further away from the office. Thank you from Ranger, Scout, & Charlie

Do not recommend at all. Prices are ridiculous. I did not like how they took my pet to the back for the Dr to check him without even meeting with me first. He gets nervous and that had me uneasy for the first time there. Brought him in for diarrhea, felt like I was shamed by the vet tech while she questioned me because I couldn’t bring him in right away and ended up having to pay $300 because of worms.. could have been $400 but I declined the blood test. Didn’t feel I had a choice on when to do a rabies shot otherwise I would be reported by what Dr said.. so had to do that visit. Front ladies were nice and 2nd vet tech was kind. Waited about 2 hours. Don’t mind the wait but the shaming attitude of the tech and approach of the Dr and how she chooses to treat and pricing left me upset and feeling robbed!

They are awesome!! Very patient, kind and knowledgeable. They made my dog feel safe and comfortable, I will NOT take my Rottweiler anywhere else!!!

I have been with them for a few years. I know them when I had an emergency with my dog, ripping out, her nails coming out of her cage, and they were very good with my pet who has passed away, and they also help me with putting her down due to a massive cancer, they know my pets by name they know us by name they treat our pets very well. The staff is awesome the doctors very awesome I just love it you could email them they will respond. They're very responsive, very attentive and I believe that is worth more than anything in the world especially when we have Fur babies we love as kids. And as soon as we call them for any questions, they're very patient with us in you have to experience their service they are awesome. Are used to go to a supposedly cheaper VET in the area very known and their service was not that great specially when they were just tell you whatever you wanted to hear or anything like that but here they will tell you the truth they will talk to you straight on.
