We are big fans of Dr. Gates and team with our tortoise, cat, and dog! Staff are always empathetic, prompt, and helpful. It’s so nice to have a vet who can care for exotics along with general surgery needs of my fuzzies. Streamlined services with the VetDesk app and online pharmacy are also wonderful.

Bush Lake Pet Hospital is simply the best! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, making both pets and owners feel at ease. Dr. Gates and his team went above and beyond to ensure our rabbits, Luna, Pickett, Aston Martin, and Piper, received the best care possible. They are very versed at handling exotic pets. Dr Gates took the time to explain every detail of there exam and answered all my questions. The new facility is so nice, well-equipped, and welcoming. We couldn't be happier with the service and care provided. Highly recommend Bush Lake Pet Hospital to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care.

This was our first time taking one of our cats to BLPH. We had a situation where we really needed to get into see a vet ASAP. They were kind and accommodating. I was able to get in that same afternoon. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. If I need to have any of my other cats seen by a vet, I will take them to BLPH instead of where they have been seen in the past. Thank you for a great vet experience!

You want to be comfortable bringing your pet in regardless if it is for a routine checkup or something more serious and that is why Bush Lake Pet Hospital is the place to go to. I can't say enough good things about Bush Lake Pet Hospital. From the moment we walk in, the staff’s warm demeanor and their genuine care for animals shine through. Dr. Gates is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail to me and my husband, which is so reassuring for a “curious” dog mom like me. His patience and gentle approach make all the difference especially because my pup is anxious, and he absolutely loves to extra attention and comforting energy from Dr. Gates. If you are looking for a vet who truly cares, look no further. Highly recommended!
