Apr 13, 2025 · Alaina Henthorn (Alaina)This is the only place I will take my animals. Dr. walker and Dr.Ford are both so nice and very knowledgeable. Dr.Walker treated our senior dog with cancer this past year. Gave us all the options and walk us through each step. He also treated our cat who developed a urinary Blockage. Each time we come here I know that my animals will receive the best care. The prices are very affordable. The staff is friendly and provide an overall great environment. I am so happy I have found BCAH, because I have been to so many different vets and this has been the best by far.
Dec 05, 2024 · Samantha MillerOverall, I liked this vet office, and my dogs like going. What I didn't like was that I checked in for 2 shots for each dog and a fecal on one. They instead did other shots that i did not ask for, did fecal on both dogs. I didn't find this out until I checked out and was told pricing and was then told that "now they're both on the same schedule. Sorry they didn't tell you." What baffles me is if I said I wanted to come and have particular things done and that's what was written on the folder for check in, why would you take it upon yourself to do additional tasks? Nothing was done in the room as it usually is. Each dog was taken out and brought back to me. I drive out of town to come to this office because they used to be honest, and the other vets I've seen were up front and friendly. This was not the case this time, and the whole situation is not ok.
Dec 10, 2024 · Charena HillThe waiting area could use a few things...a water fountain and dog walking area but this is the best vet I have used in all my 20 years owning dogs and cats. Dr. Ford is very compassionate and just really down to earth. I've had both sad and happy experiences with them and both were made better by Dr. Ford and her team. She recently had to put down my cat who I loved dearly and they were so patient and understanding. She also recently saved another cat and helped me get my dog diagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon. She is very personal with her animal clients and their human parents. I would definitely recommend this place for both price and medical care.
Oct 07, 2024 · Paula EdwardsAbsolutely the very best vet ever. She cares about her patience and the moms and dads. And all her staff are so very kind and loving. I would not take my babies anywhere else. Thank you all for your work and love and support to our a little babies.
