I had an emergency euthanization. They have amazing bedside manners. You can tell they genuinely cared unlike a few vets I've been to. Thank you to your staff (I apologize I don't remember names) for your kindness and the care you gave my Stormy. I didn't feel alone during the hardest moment of my life. Highly considering making BBAH my new primary vet. Rest in peace my beloved Stormy⚡💔🕊️

January 22,2025 Browns Bridge Staff continues to provide excellent support for my pet family. I have an older dog Pepper. It is difficult to grind her nails. Shannon was very helpful and patient with her. I had to make several appointments for my other pets over the next few months and they were very helpful working out the schedule. Look forward to 2025😌 Saturday 11/25/2023, I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the staff and Dr. Dennis at Browns bridge Animal Hospital. My family lost a precious member of our family. Panda has been a beautiful companion for over 15 years. We are heartbroken and so sad. We were treated with compassion, respect and care. We have used Browns Bridge for many years now for all of our pets. Our pets have always been treated here and we will continue our relationship. Thank you to all of the staff. The Holbrooks

I brought in my sweet girl Eeppy since she wasn’t feeling so well for the past couple of days. Dr. Brent Dennis was really helpful and gave my sweet girl the best care, explained everything to me so well on how to give her medication . She’s already feeling much better. Thank you so much

I really like the service there they helped me out a lot I was able to get my dog Bella her meds for pain to she if it helps so I don’t have to put her through surgery. Everybody there is respectful and helpful and they try to help out as much as they can and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate this and I will be coming back for future visits. Hopefully it won’t have to be any emergency visits no more thank you guys for everything you have done.

I take my frenchie to get checked here and have never had any problems. Truly recommend this vet clinic. Everyone is always so friendly. Have never had to take her to any other clinic because they do a great job!

I took my dog for his Bordetella vax. I got there a little early and the sweet vet tech gave him the vax swiftly. The total time was no more than 15 minutes, and that includes paying the bill which was very reasonable. I have come to Browns Bridge Animal Hospital nearly 6 years. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend you to bring your fur babies here.

I love my dog he is like family so when he got hurt. It was painful. He cut his arm deeply. This was and unexpected expense. I went to brown bridge vet by pulling them up on the Internet. The place when I arrive was clean but old looking. But we'll kept. They greeted my white shepherd and found he was friendly. They did the surgery but it cost 420 dollars. They charged us 106 dollars to enter the building. To enter the building cost more than the surgery. I think it's outrageous to charge these fees for animals. At least offer and alternative. The vet who did my dog was going to send my pet home bleeding an hurt if I didn't have the money. We had it of course but that was not a way to handle it. Everything is costly I understand that but charging for items you need to do the surgery, and just seeing you is awful. All pet lovers we don't always know when our dog or pet is going to get hurt. I think you should make it easier. That is all I'm saying. But overall it turn out good. Taz is okay and feeling great.
