The doctor is wonderful! They performed surgery and repaired my dog's perineal hernia The staff is great—friendly, professional, and the clinic is very clean. I would highly recommend this vet!

My dog was very sick and very old (16 years), we had brought her in late at night 1 hour before they needed to close. The staff immediately took care of my dog and were super understanding with us through this hard time. They told us that she was feeling sick because she had a heart murmur and heart failure, so we knew that the best course of care would be to let her pass in peace as she was already suffering and had other conditions that made it difficult for her. They took amazing care of my pup through her last moments and made it special for us. Super informative and patient even when we were very emotional. We even got her pawprints on clay. We didn’t end up leaving until almost 11pm, but the staff showed so much patience, support and kindness ❤️ I’m so extremely grateful that they were able to make this process a bit easier for us. Very genuine and kind people. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Princess :’) I miss her lots

we initially took our cat in for blood work and Dr. R was already concerned so i appreciated that he called me hours later and said we needed to get her to browns asap. Once we got there the nurse we worked with was incredible, she calmed us down and made us feel better about leaving her overnight. Same with the nurse when we picked her up . The lovely ladies at the front desk were also super patient with my stressed out self and were so nice and helpful for us. The whole team cared about her and her well being, even when she was being spicy

Website says walk-ins welcome until 10pm. We got there at 830 and they literally turned us away. The doctor was already gone and the front desk lady’s attitude is basically like “what are you doing here?” As if we’re out of line for having a hurt cat on a Saturday night. So she literally turned us away. Don’t trust that they’re really* open for late emergency visits. They’re not.

My one dog had 2 bad experiences at the vet & now she’s leery. In turn, i get anxious putting her through that. Very patient & kind staff. Hoping she is able to overcome her fears now that she sees the staff doesn’t just toss her around & make her anxious. Everyone was super friendly.
