I love Brookwood, the vets are caring, considerate and genuinely care about the animals. recently my dog tore her CCL and was unable to walk on one foot. Dr. Greg did an amazing job on the surgery and now she can walk and run again. I recently referred my friend who moved from California to here for her golden who suffers from allergies, and she loves them as well.

We have been clients for many years and many dogs later. They are the most compassionate and caring people you could ask for. The whole staff is helpful and kind. I can not recommend them enough. They have helped us through illnesses with several dogs and never stopped trying to find solutions. Love them!

We have used Dr. Greg and Dr. Gwyn for many years. They have always been extremely caring and attentive to our pets. We have consistently received informative answers to questions, sympathy over difficult decisions we have had to make, and a willingness to help not only our pets, but us as pet owners, too. Their honesty, integrity, and experience is invaluable when our pets need care. I highly recommend this clinic, whether for check-ups, medications, surgery, observation, and more.

After 8 years of being with Brookwood, I'm sad to say that I will no longer bring my pets there. It seems as if the level of care has significantly declined since COVID. Aside from Dr. Kelly Pierson, the vets at Brookwood have overlooked, misdiagnosed illnesses, or otherwise dismissed my concerns. Last week, I took my Brittany in because of an eye issue. Her eye was stained, and after seeing no scratches, was diagnosed with Conjunctivitis. Where did she get pink eye? Were there no other eye issues to look for, or investigate? After getting a second opinion at a different vet, she was diagnosed with Uveitis. Had I not advocated and sought a second opinion and got the correct treatment, she would lose her vision. My husband and I, as well as the rescue we are affiliated with, have dropped TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at Brookwood, advocating for the Brittanys in our care. As pet parents, we are the advocates for our animals, and no health concerns should be overlooked or dismissed by anyone. I want to encourage the vets and staff at Brookwood to listen to the families and their concerns. As a medical professional, you too should be the advocate for the patient. Finally, if you aren't comfortable providing care, or performing a procedure, REFER THE FAMILY TO SOMEONE, OR SOMEWHERE, THAT CAN DO IT.
