The doctor was really kind. Dr. Duangkaew. She explained everything. She demonstrated what I needed to do and she didn’t make me feel like an idiot when I asked to try with her watching. There was a moment I kinda blanked out due to info overload, but she noticed and asked if I was understanding her correctly and mentioned her accent. It wasn’t her accent at all, I was panicking because I just got my baby dog and wanted to take everything in. Her energy was reassuring and she made sure to address all of my concerns. I really really loved the nurse or tech that met with us too! I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but she had a really really cool tattoo. She’s so sweet annd didn’t mind spending a little extra time going over food. I have a pug and I know they over eat so I was nervous and asked for her help and she didn’t hesitate. Olive is lucky to have this team.

Thank you Brookville Animal Hospital. Today was my first visit and it was an urgent matter. My dog has received care from another vet unable to see him today and you were able to take me as a walk in first time client. Everyone was amazing from the person who first answered my frantic call, to the person who greeted me at the door, the tech, and the vet. My dog was in great hands and I felt truly welcomed and heard.

Dr Lehal will always be my go to veterinarian! His intelligence and vast experience truly does set him apart from other vets I’ve met and I know I can always count on him to help my fur babies. I will be trusting him with all my veterinary needs for as long as I can. Dr Lerpen is my first call for any allergy issues with my pets and I’m beyond thankful for her dermatology expertise. The manager Maria is kind and compassionate and will always do what she can to help pets and clients, plus she can always give you a laugh when you need one. Tech Katie is absolutely wonderful and I love having her assist with my babes🥰 over all I adore BVAH and all the staff there, definitely recommend.

Great experience at our first visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Pricing seemed reasonalble and woman vet was knowledgeable, listened to all of out concerns, and explained everything. We felt comfortable and at home.

Brookville Animal hospital is amazing. My dog Toby has been going to Dr Lehal ever aince his first shots. Doctor did an amazing job on both of Toby’s knee surgeries- he tore both CCL and the care he received is top notch!
