Where can I even begin on how grateful I am for Brook Falls. From taking care of my bunny Holly and her dental issues and continuously squeezing us into their busy schedule when we needed to be seen quickly, to lovingly taking care of my bunny Misty and guinea pig Peanut during their last moments, I could not ask for a better vet to take my babies to. My bunny Opie also got to be a part of a blood transfusion to save another bunny’s life. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Wittenburg, Dr Bloss, and Dr Munyon during my 2 years of being a client and I appreciate them all so much. The technicians and front desk staff are absolutely wonderful as well. I will recommend brook falls again and again to anyone who has small animals/exotics. Thank you again for making my pets have the best care. ❤️

I recently took my parakeet in due to a wing injury and was very happy with how everything went! During the appointment Dr. Wittenburg explained to me what she was doing and brought out a picture of a parakeet wing and explained to me what she was feeling and seeing! They walked me through pricing with X-rays and didn’t push to have them done and left the decision up to me! The recovery time was said to take 3-4 weeks and that was right on! Marshmellow is back to 100%! Thank you both doctors and staff for everything you do!

I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews. I come here often because I have several animals and they’re usually decent about seeing them when needed. Outside of them trying to push many extra “options” and charges I had a very bad experience recently. They’re known to handle “exotic” animals so I brought my macaw to them. My bird needed to be seen due to him having a loss of appetite. When we arrived, they did the normal questioning. They decided that bloodwork would be the next necessary step. I handed my sweetboy off not realizing that was going to be my last time ever seeing him alive! 😭💔 As my husband and I were in the room waiting, all I heard was him cawing, cawing, cawing….then nothing. I assumed they were done trying/getting the blood sample they needed…….. but no……… The vet came in the room and I knew at that moment something wasn’t right! She said he was panicking and stressing SO MUCH she felt his heart racing and then just like that, his heart stopped 😭😭😭 I didn’t want to believe it and when I realized he wasn’t coming back, my heart shattered. i couldn’t contain my tears and started bawling. I didn’t get a proper goodbye. Matter of fact, I wasn’t expecting to leave with my sweetie in a BOX, unalive! When working with animals, it’s common sense to recognize stress and fast heartbeats. My fear is that she wasn’t the actual “exotic bird vet specialist” but took us in thinking she could handle him but in actuality, couldn’t. Just be cautious and do your due diligence when picking vets for your exotic animals. - A broken hearted owner of a beloved pet.

I took my bunny in for a bump on his foot. They got him in as fast as possible and made sure to check all possibilities before telling me to put him down. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get a big payout and considered what was best for my rabbit. I appreciated the fact they didn’t try to sell me on pointless surgeries. They even allowed me to come back the next day to put him down rather than rush me to get it over with. They were very compassionate and truly did put my animal first.

Recently brought one of our dogs in for a Dental Cleaning. The Vet team was very communicative, we had zero wait at drop off or pick up, and our dog was happy and healthy. We have been with Brook Falls for going on 9 years now and have been extremely happy with them for the duration. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need a vet team (We have two dogs and two turtles that see the Brook Falls vet team).
