We had a wonderful experience bringing our dog here. The vet we saw was exceptionally thorough and the tech was very kind and caring. They were very conscious of what they did in order to make it the least scary experience possible for him. The cost of his checkup and shots was also lower than we expected. Then we rescued a cat a few months ago. She was found on the street, and lost cat posts were made but we didn’t know if they’d checked for a microchip. ❌ We were asked if we even wanted them to check if she had a chip or not. This question struck fear into my heart—if this was my lost pet, would expect the first thing they would do is check for a chip! The vet came in to see her and spent a whole 30 seconds on her check-up. ❌ We were told by the vet that if she was an indoor cat, we didn’t need to get her spayed. How irresponsible for a vet to say this! Yes she is an indoor cat but it’s not impossible for her to dart out the door in a worst case scenario. There are so many cats in shelters that need homes, we don’t need the chance of more kittens. Plus, she was howling all night, every night (which ended after getting spayed). ❌ We got her home after her spay and she was rather disgusting. Most of the fur on her bottom half was crusty and made her clearly uncomfortable. Her bed got covered in whatever was on her. Because of our great experiences with our dog, I could almost look past these as poor experiences with individuals, not the practice as a whole. ❌ Then, we found evidence that she might have tapeworms, or something similar. I was told it’s impossible to see tapeworms and to bring in a stool sample. There was nothing found in the fecal float, and they didn’t care that we have been finding rice-sized worms around her butt. I might recommend this practice for dogs, but not for cats from our experience. I would be wary about taking rescue animals here as well.

Always had great care and courteous service, staff is excellent, veterinary expertise is top notch, however great animal care comes with a price, and I don't mind, but I do think & believe seniors should be allowed a discount on scheduled care and medications, especially loyal patrons. Indian Springs Veterinary Clinic is top notch, they all care about animals.

very scary trying a different veterinary clinic when moving cities but the kind and supportive staff made it much easier! will continue going here for all my fur babies! had no issues very smooth sailing check up and procedure!

Great care has been given to our pets. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and considerate. They offer a Veteran's discount which is wonderful. They also have great communication and always follow up if there are questions or concerns. I highly recommend by his practice.
