Hands down the best Vet I’ve been to in Murfreesboro and I’ve been to a ton. I have a reactive Great Dane and this team has showed him so much love and grace. I’ve also noticed this is the most comfortable/calm behavior my dog has shown while being at the vet and I contribute that to the Vet and Vet techs knowing how to work with these types of dogs. Going to the vet can be really hard for my anxiety and my dog’s anxiety so thank you thank you thank you to the team for making me and my pup feel so welcome!

Whenever my pet needs immediate care or medication for his allergies we go to Brogli Lane Weaver & Alexander. He loves the staff, he gets excellent care and he loves the staff. The other place he used to go to has a 3 hour wait time and his anxiety goes off the chart. Never again.. We will stay where we get great service and Hendrix comes first!

Dr. Pate is so amazing! Had to bring in my 14 year old baby for a growth on her eye to be removed. I was nervous having to go to a new vet (my vet is 2 hours away) She was knowledgeable and so down to earth. She really went the extra mile for my girl & even texted me the next day to check on her. This means the world for someone that treats their fur baby like their human baby. Such a great first experience & now I have a vet I can trust when I cannot make the 2 hour drive!

Without a doubt, this place is the best. Real people with compassion and respect to your pet and you. This vets reputation was passed down from my aunt. Always heard great things about them. I just want to thank Dr Brogli and the entire staff on helping my Manny and I get through the years with emergencies. They helped me say goodbye to Manny today as a matter of fact. They let us grieve and never could I have got through that transition without such grace. Sorry so long! 😊 I’m just grieving and couldn’t stop typing. Thank you for your great service. This was Manny in his greater days! I’m going to miss him. 😔

I've just started going here for my cat, and have had some issues in the 4ish visits I've had with them so far. There has been a problem with lack of communication and just like with my doctor- visits feel rushed. my last two visits had the vet tell me to come back the next day bc no one told me the bloodwork needed to be fasted (I know I should have guessed this but even so). after this she came out to my car to tell me not to come the next day but actually the next week at a different time and gave me a quote for the bloodwork. I was fine with this- not a big deal. annoyed but chill. We do the bloodwork and the tech tells me I actually need to pay possibly $100 more for shipping! which is a little insane. I checked out for the original quote price, but was told they would be in contact with me about the additional... I've had no follow up throughout the day. I'm just hoping I don't have to go through all of that again. I feel like there may be an issue of communication throughout the clinic, as When I called to schedule this original appt. they had no idea what time of blood panel I needed. Maybe better note taking and prep is needed before and after client visits? I also noticed my cat has the wrong date in for his birthday even after I wrote notes on his files I gave them to try to amend this (a previous vet caused that mess though) I don't like criticizing something without some sort of usable feedback. I have found the vet there to be helpful so far and clinic is clean from the parts I have seen. Prices are very reasonable which I also appreciate, and they have a designated corner in the waiting room for cats which is a plus! well designed lobby.
