I have taken 2 of my bearded dragons to this vet. Service has been good overall. I was a little disappointed the first time I a breaded there. Took days to get a call back about stool results and had to rush last minute before they closed to pick up meds and I live 20+ mins away. My second experience was much better. Their prices are low and fair which I like. I will continue to take my pets there.

Wonderful, kind, and caring vet techs and vet. A very clean and welcoming atmosphere. I brought my hognose in for a wellness check up and they were very thorough and for running labs and a full check up, very reasonably priced. I’m extremely satisfied with the care we received. I highly recommend!

I called Broadway Oaks in the morning about a concern for our baby hedgehog and one hour later we were being seen. I wasn't able to attend the visit and had family members take our pet, but the office staff followed up with me to make sure I understood and wrote me a letter to bring to the pet shop, as our friend was brand new. They had more reasonable prices than other places I called and I appreciate their honest evaluation. As a scared pet parent, you are vulnerable and easily taken advantage of. They did the opposite and their kindness, efficiency and honesty are unmatched. Thank you for being a valuable resource for pet parents across the city!

I had a very good experience bringing my Bearded Dragon here for a checkup. I feel at ease knowing there is a great exotics vet near me. The staff is so nice and friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

The staff was amazing very friendly. I will recommend anybody and everyone to take your loving pets to this location. Mr. Robinson explains everything to you for your understanding. Such an amazing first-time experience. *backstory* We had purchased a snake from Polly’s 5 days prior to our visit. One of the employee’s as Polly’s pointed out that the snake had a bump on its nose with a black mass in the center. The employee stated “it’s like he has a little blackhead, it’s so cute.” After purchasing the snake, I realized that the bump did not look normal. We brought our snake here asap and they immediately commented on the bump. They broke down all the possibilities of what it could be without any lab work. Dr Richardson was so friendly and wrote us a letter to give to the seller. He even went out of his way to tell us to call him if the pet store had any issues with the letter. Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and VERY knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and am even considering switching my dogs over to this vet!
