Love this place. They take care of your pet like it was there own. You hear good and bad about all these places but I've been going here for about four years with challenging animal health issues(kidney disease, seizures, eye issues, etc.) They are very professional. And it's not always about the money. It's about quality of life for your pet. It's a great feeling knowing you can take care of your pets needs, Without the stress of wondering how you will pay for it. Sometimes you get the feeling that you must not love your pet because you can't pay the high cost upfront before services. Not true. I don't get that feeling from them at all. They know my animals by heart and also my wife and I. I would recommend them to anyone.

Welcome to Broadview Animal Hospital: Gajewski Cathy F DVM

Broadview Animal Hospital, featuring the expertise of Dr. Cathy F. Gajewski, stands as a well-regarded pet hospital located at 134 Ten Rod Rd, Rochester, NH 03867, USA. Serving the local community, this facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive veterinary care, ensuring the health and well-being of a wide array of beloved animal companions.

As a prominent establishment within the "Pet Hospital" category, Broadview Animal Hospital is committed to delivering a broad spectrum of services and goods tailored to the specific needs of pets and their owners. The hospital prides itself on creating an environment that is both professional and comforting, addressing the concerns of pet parents while providing top-tier medical attention to their animals.

The facility itself is designed with the comfort of both pets and their owners in mind. While specific details about the interior design and amenities are not extensively publicized, general information suggests a clean and spacious environment. Importantly, the hospital is known for its thoughtful approach to different animal temperaments. For instance, customer reviews highlight instances where a newly adopted, stressed cat was given its own room to wait, helping it to calm down before seeing the vet. This demonstrates a commitment to creating a low-stress environment, especially for animals that may be anxious or have special behavioral needs. Such considerations contribute significantly to a positive veterinary experience for both pets and their owners, fostering trust and reducing anxiety associated with vet visits.

The services offered at Broadview Animal Hospital are comprehensive, covering various aspects of pet health and wellness. While a detailed list of all services is not readily available through general public information, it is clear from customer testimonials that they handle a range of challenging animal health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, chronic conditions such as kidney disease, seizures, and eye issues. This suggests that the hospital provides not only routine preventative care like vaccinations and regular check-ups but also diagnostics, advanced medical treatments, and ongoing management for complex health problems. The mention of "sick visits" and "urgent care appointments when needed" further indicates their ability to address both immediate and long-term health concerns. Beyond general medical care, the hospital likely offers surgical services, dental care, nutritional counseling, and possibly therapeutic laser treatments, as these are common offerings in modern, comprehensive animal hospitals.

One of the most distinguishing features of Broadview Animal Hospital, as consistently emphasized by client feedback, is its highly professional and compassionate approach to care. Customers frequently express that the staff, including Dr. Gajewski and her team, treat pets "like it was their own." This sentiment is powerful for pet owners, highlighting a deep level of empathy and dedication. The recurring theme in reviews is that the hospital prioritizes the "quality of life for your pet" above all else. This human-centric approach, focusing on the emotional and physical well-being of the animal, sets them apart.

Another significant feature is their understanding of financial concerns related to pet care. Many pet owners worry about the high costs associated with veterinary services, and some feel pressured to pay upfront, creating stress. However, Broadview Animal Hospital is praised for not creating this "stress of wondering how you will pay for it." Customers report not getting the feeling that their love for their pet is measured by their ability to pay high costs upfront. This flexibility and understanding are invaluable, making quality veterinary care more accessible and less financially daunting for families. This client-friendly financial approach fosters a sense of trust and loyalty, allowing pet owners to focus on their pet's health rather than immediate payment anxieties.

The staff's ability to remember not just the animals but also their owners by heart speaks volumes about the personalized care provided. This personal touch creates a welcoming and familiar environment, making each visit feel less like a clinical appointment and more like a visit to trusted friends who genuinely care for your extended family members. The responsiveness and politeness of the staff, along with their willingness to check up on clients regularly, further reinforce the high standard of customer service.

While specific promotional information or ongoing offers are not widely detailed in general public records, the strong positive testimonials serve as the most effective form of promotion. The recurrent recommendation by satisfied clients to "anyone" underscores the hospital's reputation within the community. The fact that many customers intend to make Broadview Animal Hospital their permanent veterinary care provider after a single positive experience, even in an emergency situation, speaks to their effective service delivery and patient care under pressure.

In summary, Broadview Animal Hospital: Gajewski Cathy F DVM, located at 134 Ten Rod Rd, Rochester, NH 03867, USA, and reachable at (603) 335-2120 or +1 603-335-2120, is a highly recommended veterinary practice. It offers a comprehensive range of pet hospital services in a clean, spacious, and pet-friendly environment, including dedicated spaces for anxious animals. They were great with my stressed put, newly adopted cat. They gave her her own room to wait in to help her calm down a bit. There was an emergency, so the vet got to me a bit later than our scheduled appointment, but the techs were very nice and checked up on us regularly. Definitely gonna be our vet from now on.

People are amazing. Nicest doctors hands down. Really explain, and won't rush you to get on to the next apt. This is the place if you're new to the area, and wanting the big city help / and top doctors.
