I have to give praise where it is so strongly deserved. I have been going to bristol veterinary service for almost 8 years. I am always blown away with the care and love my pets have been shown durring our visits. But my most recent visit stands out to me the most. I have an elderly dog that has arthritis in his spin causing paralysis in his back legs. I feared for the worst out come. But dr. Curran surprised me. She saw the spirit and drive that my dog still had. And instead of picking the easy rought (in which is seen in alot of casses with older pets) she came up with possible solutions to give him his best fighting chance. She did so giving me hope but also making sure I fully understood the prognosis and that the chances of success aren't promised (but there is hope). I have more time with my best friend because of the dedication of this vet office on more than one occasion. I have and will continue to recommend bristol veterinary services to any loving pet owner I come across.

The minute I enter the Bristol veterinary through consultation with the veterinarian I felt very welcomed. Everyone is so kind. My dog Ben loves going to Bristol Veterinary too! He gets so excited seeing everyone and they give him so much love. And when Dr Curran walks into the room it’s a big bonus! More love and a cookie (s) 😃Thank you all. I highly recommend going to Bristol Veterinary Service, especially for exotic animals. My rat was misdiagnosed at an ER vet and Bristol Vet was able to squeeze me in and take care of the real issue, and he is now better than ever! They treat animals as if they are their own! Receptionists, Doctors, and Vet Techs are all amazing and respectful and truly care!

Dr Meghan is fantastic. She takes her time to really find a diagnosis and treatment. The staff is always friendly. Have never been turned away if I call needing a sick appointment for any of our pets. Same day appointments for illness. Truly a gem office ❤️❤️❤️ Please never sell to corporate

We recently had an emergency situation with a foal (eye ulcer). Our vet couldn’t help- but Bristol vet saved the day. Staff were amazing with communication, and the vet was fantastic. She was able to quickly and confidently figure out what was going on. We were given realistic outcomes/expectations, and a thorough course of action to follow (as well as options based on budget, and of course the animals comfort). The situation sucks, but they made it suck a lot less. We will absolutely be switching our animals to this clinic!
