I had my dog go here for a few years, but it was clear that things started to decline quickly. Even far after covid ended they would not let me in the building with my fur babies. The prices continued to increase charging 60$ for a nail trim on a 20 pound dog. When calling with questions the receptionist was always nice but the vet herself and her technicians always had an attitude when it came to simple things. The icing on the cake was when they did a random audit to my account attempting to charge me for daycare services that never happened. I was new to the area so no one could warn me about this vet so hopefully you guys can read this and make that decision for yourself!

Just called for a price check on euthanasia services and cremations because, as I told the girl I'm a very small budget and so I'm trying to shop prices, and she said that we'd have to come in for an appointment for first- which I've spoken to seven clinics now and have never heard of that. I said "I can't afford to do tha," while crying, and then she hung up on me. And reading the other reviews where the company responds calling people who had bad experiences trolls- yeah that seems like those are real reviews. I'm not sure what kind of veterinary service just hangs up on crying people and calls clients trolls. But I don't have a good feeling about this place

Spent a total of $ 4,000.00 to receive avasive treatment and and no solutions just suggestions (candy canes and rainbows) which translates to zero solutions transferred records to new vet while doctor was in Jamaica if you want your child to live do not take them there but they are good for putting animals to sleep and cremation saw a lot of that in the past 3 years

Update 4-26-23....just called them regarding a cancellation charge I received in the mail. The girl on the phone said because we chose not to wait for an unspecified amount of time after they took on an emergency we cancelled the appointment which causes them to loose out. I said we completely understand emergencies happen but you can't expect people to wait indefinitely without offering to reschedule the appointment when you took on that emergency. She tried to claim that my husband just took off when told he had to wait indefinitely or pay a cancellation fee. I told her that I know for a fact that no rescheduling was offered as the conversation was recorded (in an outdoor setting). I could then hear Sprayer in the background telling the girl to hang up. I did try to call back but if course no answer. ORIGINAL POST....First I was told Wednesday when they called at 1:37pm to confirm my appointment that they were no longer doing curbside. That turned out to be a lie. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and at about 4 they said they were no longer going to be able to see us due to an emergency and tried to charge us a CANCELLATION FEE. They tried to have my husband sign paperwork to have everything sent to another vet on top of cancelling. They also tried to hold him hostage until he paid said cancellation fee.
