I can鈥檛 say enough about this animal hospital. They have been amazing with cats. I can call and they will give ideas. To try and help until I can get products that I need. They call and check on the pet to show they are. I was there the other day and I didn鈥檛 have a car , and one of vet assistants offered to take me home . That鈥檚 definitely above and beyond!! 馃槃馃憤馃挄馃檹馃グ

May 03, 2025 路 Holly RaymondThis vet does not listen nor care about their customers. I paid 185.00 to take my dog in because she somehow got pink eyes, which is a terrible eye infection. Dr. Davis gave her some ointment for it, which was fine, and I went home. I put the ointment in her eyes and she just kept trying to rub it out and she kept rolling in the dirt and rubbing her face trying to get the ointment out of her eyes. So I called them and I asked them for antibiotic drops that were not so thick, so Maple could not roll and get dirt all in her eyes because the dirt was sticking to the thick ointment terribly. The woman was rude and terrible to me, saying to me that the ointment is the right medication for pink eyes. I told her what Maple was doing and still, with utter rudeness said, I will tell Dr. Davis. Two days later I received a text message saying Maple had a prescription ready to pick up. I was glad and I thought, Well, maybe they changed their mind and gave me the drops. When I got there, on the bag it was handwritten "Eye drops" so I paid and drove home, not even thinking that it was wrong. When I got home, opened the bag, it was the very same ointment that Dr. Davis gave me the first time. I am taking Maple to another vet today as her eyes have gotten terribly worse, and I will NEVER go back to Brevard Animal Hospital again. They refused to give me the medication my dog needed and was very rude to me when I asked for a different medication!

BAH was able to get us in the same day which I really appreciated since we were not a regular patient. It was a fairly long drive but, absolutely the right choice. The staff was so kind, the Dr saw us very quickly, thoroughly examined her and fully explained the situation and the treatment. The entire visit was just a little over 30 minutes. I was very happy with my experience, highly recommended!

And Taylor and Morgan and Rebecca are the other people I鈥檝e seen. So so happy to have found you. I鈥檓 newly here from Michigan and was quite worried if I鈥檇 find a veterinary group that I would love as much as the ones I had for my babies in Michigan. AND I HAVE. Thanks to all of you and I think I鈥檝e met Diane too. Thank you for making me feel so at home.
