Super friendly and helpful staff. Our pup is now independently walking from therapy and acupuncture. So glad we went to them to help our fur-baby!

I am so happy I found this clinic! I looked at a lot of vets after relocating to TN. I have a dog that is reactive and a dog that is skittish and wanted a vet that would understand and treat them well. Dr. Bailey Butts has been amazing. She took the time to make my pup comfortable and explain things to me in a way I understood so that I could make the best decisions for my fur baby. The office has great communication & quick responses to any questions. I also really like the online scheduling portal. The clinic can be easy to miss depending on which way you are coming from, but it sits right on the road so just drive slow. You won’t regret giving this clinic a chance!

I’ve been taking my cat to Brentwood Veterinary Clinic for a little over a year and absolutely love this practice. I’ve seen a few of the doctors (Butts, Gapstur, and Frautschy) and my cat has received excellent care from all. Their bedside manner is great, their explanations are thorough and discussion of cost is always fair and transparent. I appreciate the kind service from the front desk as well—Linda makes a point to greet my kitty by name when we walk in the door, which I love. Also, this hospital is a certified “Cat Friendly Practice” which means they take extra steps to make visits less stressful for kitties, including a separate waiting area for cats, more gentle handling, etc. In the past, I’ve had less than ideal experiences with vets manhandling my cat, so this is very appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this vet!

We love coming here for vet appointments. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice and personable. They always greet you with a smile and make your pet feel loved. They charge very reasonable prices and I have never felt taken advantage of with extra services that weren't needed. You can tell that the docs and staff care about animals and they do an amazing job taking care of them. We would recommend their services to anyone asking.

Great experience from making the appointment to when I exited the building. The vet tech was the best I’ve ever had; she cared about what was happening with my pet by listening. So simple but powerful. She also didn’t balk or judge when I asked about costs of the vaccinations. And the front desk staff it only called my dog by name but they also called me by name! The doctor was also excellent. Quick and efficient. Have been going here for years and it gets better each visit. Highly recommend.
