5 Stars – Outstanding Care and Service I recently brought my cat, Candle, to Brentwood Animal Hospital, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment Candle strutted in her carrier like the little queen she is, I could tell she was in great hands. The customer service was absolutely stellar — the staff was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Since this was my first visit as an adult (I used to come here with my mom when we brought our family dogs), I appreciated that the vet took the time to introduce himself and make me feel comfortable. They were incredibly thorough, transparent about the process, and made everything easy to understand. What really stood out was how frequently they checked in — they texted and called throughout the day with updates, which made me feel so included and reassured. They knew how concerned I was about my baby, and their attentiveness made all the difference. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which only adds to the sense of professionalism and care. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work, and that translates into the exceptional service they provide. Love it here! The staff is all very personable and fun. I never feel like I’m being oversold and the care for each pet feels so genuine. My only ask is that they make it about ten degrees cooler in there! It’s toasty!

They saved my dog from parvo some years ago and helped me with my other baby recently. It might be a wee bit pricey but the services there is incredible. I only wish I could be with my pup when they take her in the back. Other than that they are great! Good people!

I had been turned away by my previous vet when my fur baby had a bad nail break and I didn't want to do the ER place and it's super high costs. I called Brentwood on a hope. They immediately found a slot for me and I have been a client ever since. That level of customer service doesn't go unnoticed. Same dog has terrible anxiety over nails and Rachel and her magic touch have made it simple. No more drugging her up just for nail clip. They do it all from vet to board to groom. Only wish grooming was available on weekends.

Took my puppy in for a uti they tried to charge me 700 plus ridiculous then the black girl got mad because I asked for antibiotics only like it was so dirty in there blood on the floor and alot of hair everywhere like they don't clean. The receptionist was very nice said they haven't had no clients all morning. So much old poop in the yard just nasty...don't waste your time nor money there
