Welcome to Bratton Veterinary Clinic
Welcome to Bratton Veterinary Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 2719 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703, USA. Serving the Fayetteville community, Bratton Veterinary Clinic, under the guidance of Dr. Bratton, has a history of providing veterinary care for local pets, with some families having entrusted their animals to his care for decades. As a local Pet Hospital, Bratton Veterinary Clinic aims to offer a range of services to address the health needs of your beloved companions.
Information regarding the specific environment of Bratton Veterinary Clinic is limited based on the provided reviews. However, one long-term customer recounts a family history of visiting Dr. Bratton, suggesting a presence and service within the community over an extended period. This might indicate a familiar and established setting for pet owners in Fayetteville. Conversely, a more recent review describes a negative first-time experience. Without further information, a comprehensive description of the clinic's environment is not possible. Local users may wish to contact the clinic directly or seek additional reviews to gain a broader understanding of the clinic's atmosphere.
Based on the available customer feedback, Bratton Veterinary Clinic offers a range of veterinary services. The positive review highlights Dr. Bratton's attentiveness, knowledge, and compassion in caring for animals across different life stages. The mention of working within a budget and offering advice and alternatives suggests that the clinic provides consultation and explores various treatment options to make care accessible. This long-term positive experience implies that Bratton Veterinary Clinic offers services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment for various health issues.
The negative review mentions a first-time visit for an 8-month-old lab puppy, during which a muzzle was attempted, and the puppy appeared frightened. The review also mentions the puppy allegedly being "thrown around" by the harness. Additionally, the negative experience included a perceived rude interaction with the receptionist regarding a receipt and the claim that the clinic does not have a computer. This review raises concerns about the handling of animals and the professionalism of at least one staff member during this particular instance.
Considering both reviews, it appears that Bratton Veterinary Clinic, under Dr. Bratton's care, has provided positive experiences for some long-term clients, marked by attentiveness, knowledge, compassion, and a willingness to work within budgetary constraints. This suggests that Dr. Bratton may offer a personalized approach to veterinary care, taking the time to explain things and find accessible treatment options.
However, the starkly contrasting negative review points to potential inconsistencies in the clinic's approach, particularly concerning the handling of a young, first-time patient and interactions with staff. The attempted use of a muzzle on a seemingly unaggressive puppy and the alleged rough handling are concerning aspects raised in this review. The description of the receptionist's behavior and the claim about the lack of a computer for receipts also contribute to a negative impression for this particular customer.
Features of Bratton Veterinary Clinic, based on the positive review, include Dr. Bratton's long-standing experience in the community, his attentiveness to animal needs, his knowledgeable approach to diagnosis and treatment, his compassionate care for animals, and his willingness to work with pet owners' financial situations by offering advice and alternatives. The long-term loyalty of one family suggests a strong doctor-client relationship built on trust and positive outcomes over the years.
Conversely, the negative review highlights a potential feature of the clinic's initial interaction with new, young animals, which, in this case, involved an immediate attempt to use a muzzle and alleged rough handling. This reviewer also perceived rudeness from the receptionist and noted the apparent lack of computerized systems for receipts.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Bratton Veterinary Clinic based on the provided reviews. The positive review mentions Dr. Bratton's willingness to help clients work within their budget, which could be considered a form of ongoing consideration for pricing. However, no specific discounts or special offers are mentioned.
Given the conflicting nature of the two provided reviews, local users seeking a Pet Hospital in Fayetteville are presented with contrasting perspectives on Bratton Veterinary Clinic. The positive review emphasizes Dr. Bratton's long-term dedication and caring approach, while the negative review raises serious concerns about the handling of a young animal and the professionalism of staff interactions during one particular visit. It is important for potential clients to consider both perspectives and perhaps seek additional information or reviews from other sources to form a more comprehensive understanding of the clinic's environment, services, and overall approach to patient and client care.
In conclusion, Bratton Veterinary Clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas, presents a complex picture based on the limited information available. While one long-term client speaks highly of Dr. Bratton's attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care, along with his willingness to work within budgetary constraints, a more recent first-time visitor reports a significantly negative experience involving the handling of their puppy and interactions with staff. Local users may need to weigh these contrasting accounts and seek further information to determine if Bratton Veterinary Clinic aligns with their expectations for a Pet Hospital.

Jan 30, 2022 · Ashlyn PerrymanThe worst experience I’ve ever had. I have an 8 month old lab puppy and we went there for the first time. He automatically tried to put a muzzle on her and you could tell she was frightened by the muzzle. He then proceeded to throw my dog around by her harness. The receptionist person was also rude when asking me how I want my receipt and when I tried to come up with how to get it she interrupted me and said they don’t even have a computer. I will never go back and I suggest no one else ever goes there.
Jan 12, 2024 · samantha packOur most recent experience with Bratton Vet Clinic, has left us looking for a new vet for our sweet dog. Their poor communication and overall lack of concern for our dog when he needed them most has left us feeling really let down. We called one morning because our dog was sick and we were told that even though they were booked, they could probably call us in some medication until they could get him in. Well, they never called us back. We called three more times that day and nothing. When we finally got in touch with someone the next day, we were told they couldn’t do anything for our dog and we should take him somewhere else. I’m so disappointed in how the whole situation went down. While Bratton may be fine for regularly scheduled appointments, I don’t think you can count on them when you may need them most.
Jul 03, 2023 · Kathryn CouchI went to Dr. Bratton based on the excellent reviews I saw about him. He has not disappointed at all! All other reviews on here sum it up perfectly. His staff is very nice. He is very gentle with the animals and is easy to talk to, explaining what he is doing very clearly. One time he was delayed for about 25 minutes as he finished up some important business; he gave me a 30% discount as a result! The night before I had my cats spayed and neutered, he personally called to remind me not to feed or water them before hand. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bratton.
Sep 28, 2012 · Lukas KeagyI love Dr. Bratton. He cares so much for the animals in a way that not all veterinarians do. I take my two cats there, and I feel like some people don’t treat cats the same way they do dogs. Dr. Bratton is great with them. One of my cats is an angel for appointments, and the other is an absolute devil, but they handle both very well. This man deserves an amazing retirement but I will miss him when that day comes.
