My cat, Tom Marley, had been a patient with Brandywine vet since we moved to East Fallowfield almost 3 years ago. We went a couple of times for well visits, but unfortunately last week I got some bad news about Tom. Dr. Rockwood and Amanda were so helpful, caring, and compassionate when I received the bad news about Tom. They helped me understand my options and walked me through everything. I unfortunately had to put Tom to rest just a few short days after his diagnosis, and Dr. Daniel and Amanda were so empathetic and caring. Tom was comfortable and relaxed thanks to them. Just a few hours after I had gotten home, I had flowers and a beautiful card sent to me by BVVH. I wanted to thank the DRs, nurses, and front desk who helped Tom Marley and me through this difficult time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Just want to take a moment to thank Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital. We were only able to visit once with Cabela before she passed and it was to get a final opinion, info and how to keep her comfortable for as long as we could. 3 days later I scheduled one of the hardest appointments for Cabela a human parent has to make. Unfortunately, the night before the appointment, I had to call and let them know that we were no longer in need of their assistance. As I do have another furry friend, for now, I thought our relationship would be on pause. The following day, flowers showed up at our doorstep in condolences for our loss. Today, we received two personalized cards. One simply for having our first visit with them. And the other with every employees best wishes for our loss.. This is how you run a business and show "care" for your clients and patients! One visit and the cancelation of another and they took the time, resources, funds and personal initiative to make sure that we felt cared for.. This is how you create ever lasting relationships and win over the hearts of others. Im not sure if the same would have happened from another facility but I'm grateful that I gave them a chance and will return with any future needs!

My family and I are long time customers having brought 3 cats and 5 dogs here over the past 5 years or so. If you want a vet that provides great care, has great employees, and tries to pad the bill so blatantly that it’s almost laughable, this is the place for you. If spending $400 dollars to treat a feline uti sounds reasonable to you as opposed to my wife calling her gyno to call in a prescription to Wegmans that costs $10 and maybe costs the insurance company another $20 then look no further. When you go for your appointment listen VERY carefully because anything you even nod your head to or respond “OK” to WILL be on the bill when you check out. It’s a nice building, with nice, however predatory, staff and your pet will be well cared for, but they will actively try to take as much money as they possibly can from you before you leave.

When we lost Sydney , they were so compassionate about helping us in this difficult situation. They gave us time to work through our decision. Dr Clark was very supportive. The room they provide was very very clean and comfortable and quiet. Later we received flowers from the staff and then a card from all of them with a note from them all talking about Sydney. What a wonderful staff.
