I’m not one to write reviews, but I wish I would have looked at the negative reviews before going here! I took my cat in because he was having a skin issue along his lower back - I suspected a flea bite allergy or an environmental allergen from the research I did. The purpose of the visit really was just to get an expert to look at the scabs, get their opinion and then discuss different routes I could either take at home or if more serious treatment and testing was necessary at this stage. The vet technician was nice getting all the details, but I wasn’t expecting her to come back in with a plan of action before I even met the vet or they examined my cat! They wanted to just take him in the back since I mentioned he can be difficult and do vaccines and a skin scrape without even ruling out fleas or looking at the problem - this made me super uncomfortable. There should ALWAYS be a discussion with the provider before any of this - especially on the first visit with a new client who is just establishing a relationship with the clinic. I proceeded to then push back and ask the vet technician 50 questions, which she tried to answer the best she could, but I really should’ve been having this conversation with the vet. I felt like I really had to advocate to just have someone briefly look at his back with me! The vet finally came in and was willing to try to do the exam in the room. She was extremely friendly, supportive of my concerns and thoughts on the treatment approach - so I really appreciate her turning around the apt and making me feel more comfortable. But what could’ve been a 30 min appointment turned into almost 2 hours of stress. Hopefully you guys will take note of this - most pet parents want to just meet with the vet, do exams in room and have a more collaborative, relaxed environment from the start!

A BIG Thank you to Dr. Rodriguez and the entire staff for the excellent service and care they gave our old man Jasper T. Jowls.. We went in ready to lay him to rest, but Doc was confident he could get us some more time with him, and he did such a excellent job of removing the cancer mast from the base of Jasper's tail.. It's been a month and half since his surgery and this 13 1/2 yrs old is acting like a pup again.. Thank you so much Dr. Rodriguez for your kindness, knowledge, and respect helping us through this entire ordeal...and To his wonderful staff of some of the best people I've met.. Would highly recommend this Veterinarian's office to care for your fur babies..They make you feel like family..🐾❤️

Best vet office in the area. The staff works so well together and they are so respectful and caring towards you and your pet. I had an emergency situation and even with my dog never being seen before here they were able to get him in same day and early. We had no wait, room was so clean and ready for us on appointment time. I will no longer use any other vets. Thank you everyone who helped my dog feel better for the weekend.

So grateful for the Dr's and staff at this clinic, they are attentive, professional, and consistently provide the best care possible. Dr Taggart is kind, and takes the time to ensure all our concerns are addressed. Amanda and Brianna were also very friendly and really aim to make the visit a pleasant experience.

Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are amazing! He is knowledgeable, patient and caring and always goes above and beyond for our dogs. The facility is welcoming and clean. And, the cold laser treatment option for injury or aging is excellent. It can be a little busy at times in the waiting room and appointments might get delayed but, it’s worth the wait for the quality of care.
