I've been with DR Bean since he opened and now that his business has grown I can't get an appointment with him I've expressed my concerns about the fact that I don't want to see another veterinarian but he doesn't seem to care about my concerns he's a very good veterinarian but I think he should make time for the people who helped him get successful instead of just putting them off he has really disappointed me and his prices are very high. Update Dr Bean has gone corporate and doesn't care about anything but money he was so arrogant to tell me he wished there were 10 more of him Karma is a bi*ch and God will judge him....

Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM Introduce
For pet owners in Odenville, Alabama, and the surrounding areas, Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM, located at 10559 US-411, presents itself as a "Pet Hospital" with a history in the community. However, online customer reviews offer a mixed perspective, with one long-term client expressing significant disappointment and concerns about changes in service and pricing, while another offers a positive but brief endorsement of their pet care. Potential clients should carefully consider these contrasting experiences when evaluating Branchville Animal Hospital for their animal healthcare needs.
One detailed review comes from a client who states they have been with "DR Bean since he opened," indicating a long-standing relationship and initial trust in the veterinarian. However, their experience has apparently soured due to the clinic's growth. They express frustration with the inability to secure appointments with Dr. Bean himself, stating, "now that his business has grown I can't get an appointment with him." This suggests a potential issue with appointment availability and the ability to see the preferred veterinarian. The client also voices their desire to continue seeing Dr. Bean, noting, "I've expressed my concerns about the fact that I don't want to see another veterinarian but he doesn't seem to care about my concerns he's a very good veterinarian but I think he should make time for the people who helped him get successful instead of just putting them off he has really disappointed me and his prices are very high." This detailed feedback reveals a sense of being devalued as a long-term client, concerns about seeing other veterinarians within the practice, and a complaint about the high cost of services.
The same reviewer later provides an update to their initial feedback, expressing even greater dissatisfaction. The update states, "Dr Bean has gone corporate and doesn't care about anything but money he was so arrogant to tell me he wished there were 10 more of him Karma is a bi*ch and God will judge him...." This strong and negative statement alleges a shift in the clinic's priorities towards profit over patient care and accuses Dr. Bean of arrogance and disregard for his clients. The language used indicates a significant level of anger and disappointment with the perceived changes at the animal hospital.
In contrast to this negative and detailed account, another reviewer offers a brief but positive endorsement. They state, "They are really good with your pets. I have taken 3 of my dogs to them.. I give them 5 stars.." This concise feedback suggests a positive experience with the quality of care provided to their animals, leading to a 5-star rating. However, the lack of specific details makes it difficult to fully understand the context of this positive experience or how it might relate to the concerns raised by the long-term client.
Based on these limited customer reviews, the environment of Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM in Odenville, AL, is difficult to fully ascertain. One long-term client perceives a shift towards a more corporate and less personal approach, potentially driven by financial priorities. They also suggest that appointment availability with the primary veterinarian, Dr. Bean, may be limited due to the clinic's growth. In contrast, another reviewer found the clinic to be "really good with your pets," implying a positive and caring environment for the animals. The starkly different perspectives make it challenging to form a definitive picture of the clinic's atmosphere and client relations.
The services offered at Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM likely include general veterinary care for pets, as suggested by the reviewer who took three dogs to the clinic. This would typically encompass routine check-ups, vaccinations, treatment for illnesses and injuries, and possibly surgical and dental procedures. The long-term client's desire to continue seeing Dr. Bean implies trust in his veterinary skills. However, the concerns raised about the difficulty of securing appointments with him and the potential need to see other veterinarians in the practice suggest a multi-doctor facility where clients may not always have their preferred choice of veterinarian. The mention of "high prices" by one reviewer indicates that the cost of services may be a consideration for potential clients.
Several features of Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM can be inferred from the reviews. The presence of Dr. Bean, who was the primary veterinarian since the clinic's opening and is described as "very good" by a long-term client, is a key feature. The growth of the business to a point where appointments with Dr. Bean are difficult to obtain is another notable aspect. The potential for clients to be seen by other veterinarians within the practice is also a feature. The perception of "high prices" for their services is a point raised by one reviewer. In contrast, another reviewer's 5-star rating suggests a positive experience with the quality of pet care provided by the clinic overall.
The provided reviews do not contain any specific information about promotional offers at Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer introductory specials for new clients or wellness plans that bundle routine services at a discounted rate. To learn about any current promotions, local pet owners in Odenville, AL, are encouraged to contact Branchville Animal Hospital directly at (205) 629-5589 or +1 205-629-5589. They can inquire about their service fees, appointment availability with specific veterinarians, and any special offers that might be available for new or existing clients.
In conclusion, Branchville Animal Hospital: Bean R A DVM in Odenville, Alabama, presents a complex picture based on the limited online reviews. While one long-term client expresses significant disappointment regarding appointment availability with Dr. Bean, a perceived shift towards corporate interests, and high prices, another reviewer offers a positive rating for the quality of pet care. Potential clients should weigh these contrasting perspectives and consider their own priorities regarding continuity of care with a specific veterinarian, appointment availability, and cost when making a decision about their pet's healthcare needs at Branchville Animal Hospital.
