This is hands down the best vet we have been to in years! They truly listen and understand and showed true compassion when we had to put our elderly dog down. We will continue to bring our dogs here! Every Vet we've seen has been great!

We have used Bradley Vet for years and they have always been helpful. But I have to brag on them for how they pretty much helped save our Pennies life. I will admit, we took her to another clinic first. After going to that clinic 3 times in two days, Pennie wasn't showing any signs of improvement. The answer we were given is that we may have to go to the emergency clinic. Pennie is a nine year old Manchester Terrier, and her sugar level was off the chart, which also was not looking good for her organs. She would not eat anything, absolutely nothing. Bradley Vet, Dr. Bucky, took her in on Friday morning. It took two days to finally get her sugar to come down. In her last xray, they said her organs are even looking better. By Sunday evening, they had her eating again. They took the time to listen and care, and it saved Pennie. Thank you so much.

They've done a great job taking care of my dachshund. Dr. Rich is very attentive, and the staff is helpful.

I've been with this vet for more than five years. They are very good with my dog, who has anxiety. I have worked with multiple doctors over the years. (Won't mention names.) A female doctor wouldn't prescribe my pets prescriptions to deworm or to relieve joint pain. She told me to buy them elsewhere. What's the point of going to the vet? A lot of doctors seem to be in it for the money, not for the well-being of their customers or pets. A male doctor yelled at me recently in the back room with employees because I was asking questions about an x-ray and talked down to me. I have been very polite, respectful, and adamant about what I need for my pets. Despite having the funds to pay for an X-ray, the male doctor refused to do it. The X-rays were done immediately elsewhere. That shouldn't have to be done. Some doctors have frustrated me. It feels like my time and money are being wasted. Over the past two years, I have rescued cats, fixed them, and rehomed them if they are not feral. When I first needed preventative care for my pets, the women that had been here for years, at the receptionist desk, always listened to me. Where did they go? New young girls don't listen and I have to repeat myself 2-3 times what I need. Just today, I was upset that I only received 3 Nexguard combos for cats, despite repeatedly asking for 4. Several times I had to repeat the cat's names. It's the first time I've had to do that. When I returned to clarify and buy another one, I was unable to do so because they had just closed. The receptionist with ombre hair informed me that I cannot order preventative prescriptions on Chewy anymore, but need to order from their inactive website. Customers should be able to choose where they shop and spend their money. If you're on a fixed income or have multiple pets, you'll go where it's cheaper. The vet cannot tell their customers they cannot "shop at chewy", so keep shopping at chewy for your pet's preventative medicine until they are told otherwise by the doctor or someone leading the vet’s office. It's the first time I've dealt with rude behavior. I may start looking for another veterinarian. Your staff and doctors need to be better. With Lee, Bucky, and the vet technicians, I felt listened to and respected. I was able to get answers to all my questions and some more. Vet technicians are always sweet and wonderful with my pets. My pets receive exceptional care from them.

All the staff is great and I always feel like they love my animals as much as I do. They also offer walk-ins on Saturday until 11:30Am. This really helps on times when you can’t get by during the week.
