Bradley is not my regular vet but they were able to get my dog in right away. My dog Brady was a senior and unfortunately had underlying conditions out of anyone's control. I had to make the hardest decision I've ever made to put her to sleep. Bradley's team was incredible through such a painful time. Every person that helped us that day reassured me that I was making the right decision and was so compassionate. For being one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through their team was great. I really appreciated the card with my dog's paw prints as well. I'm so glad I have that to remember her.

Unprofessional staff, uncleanliness first impressions, small and cluttered. avoid this place and go somewhere else.. I brought my cat in because she would meow all night and I wanted to do a checkup to make sure she was okay. They charged me $200 for bloodwork which is understandable then she called me and said my cat has corona virus but she’s not positive.. okay? I asked what to test results were she said my cat is perfectly fine all the tests came back good. It feels they can’t diagnosis properly and took my money. Just go somewhere else if you want a better experience/save money, and make your animal feel better.

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would! They squeezed me in with my pup that was severely sick, we then decided maybe u of I would be a good option to work on payments since I already had something open with them due to my cat having an emergency. U of I failed to tell me they had no surgeons available at 4:30 at night, & I couldn’t make it back to Bradley in 30 minutes, they squeezed my pup back in to have surgery that morning, when they had no openings! Unfortunately our pump crossed the rainbow bridge but they did everything in their power to save our sweet girl!!! I couldn’t appreciate the doctors, or the ladies enough!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 💜🐾

This place is not professional at all. The front desk people are rude especially over the phone. It’s small and not the best sanitation and cleanliness at all. I was given the wrong amount of medication for my bunny infection and they want me to come in and pay for the error THEY made after I spent $120 for the medication in the first place. Very over price for poor services! $120 for this small bottle that they gave to me not even fully filled for 10 days & he has 3 more days left. I am in the medical field and they tried to tell me I did not know what 0.3mL is when it’s clearly on the syringe. Then the lady on the phone laughed at me before hanging up as if she was speaking to someone in the background about me. Very unprofessional!

They are more worried about money. And up selling you then that are about your pet. Barely looked at or dog and told us he only had 3 months to live max and tried selling up euthanasia and cremation and several other things that were not necessary. Took him to another vet and she put him on some heart meds and he has been fine since that was almost 2 years ago.
