This is an updated review. I feel it is important to keep reviews current if you’re a regular customer. This like many vet clinics have multiple doctors. Some seasoned and some not so much. I have seen 3 males and 2 female vets. It’s in my personal opinion that if you have a serious health concern for your animal to take them to another vet. This Practice will tell you the same thing that they are not equipped to help you. It is my personal opinion that this is an Outstanding General vet For preventative care! Please note I said preventative care! We will continue to come back For our preventative care. These vets and staff really do care about myself and my animals. We will be going to a different practice for our Service dogs breathing issues that are just not something they are equipped to deal with. I said They are not equipped to deal with it. Not that some of the vets are not knowledgeable enough to deal with it ! Again Prevention Focused practice!! It is my opinion that each practice has to pick on what services they want and can provide. I am Humbly grateful to each vet and staff member who gives of there time and provides care at a cost that is affordable. They can’t please everyone but they can and have pleased many myself included even if I have to see two different practices for my animals care.

Apr 02, 2025 · Kara AllenI do NOT recommend this vet! I own a non profit rescue and I’m a foster for animals. 2 puppies that I was fostering were brought in for refusing to eat/drink and lethargy. These 2 puppies along with their 2 siblings were being treated for coccidia 2 were getting better and thriving the other 2 were failing to thrive. I immediately took the puppies into the shelter and they were rushed to this vet. They were diagnosed with hookworms and I was told 1 of the 2 May not survive. Both of these puppies were very loved and were being adopted (one by a family member with a 7 year old boy who was head over heels for this puppy) and the other by myself. I went up to the vets office to check on the puppies and speak with the vet about their condition/prognosis as I had never dealt with hookworms (which they got from their mom as they are only 8 weeks old) and had questions on if there’s anything I should be concerned about with my other animals at home. Once I got there a lady was extremely rude and told me I had no business being there and I need to leave immediately! I was so hurt and caught off guard by her rudeness and disrespect. Then they were giving the place I foster for wonderful news saying by that evening they were doing much better eating and drinking and they should be able to come back home the next morning. I was in total shock and was so happy! The next morning the update was they are doing amazing just needing iv fluids and 1 more night just to be sure they continued to eat and drink. Ok well the next morning was they are doing wonderful but have a little uti and giving antibiotics for that but they are still doing great and will be coming home tomorrow. Now mind you there’s a 7 year old little boy head over heels in love with this puppy and after getting devastating news he may not survive and him in my lap sobbing to her buddy your puppy is doing great. During all this the 2nd puppy was way better off than the other one. I call the next morning and am told oh they both died overnight!! Like what? You got our hopes up told us they recovered and are ok and then tell us oh they passed away. This shattered our family. Not once did we receive a condolence, not once were we offered to come see them so we can love on them during treatment, not once did this vet office say would you like to say your final goodbye it was only positive updates until oh they are dead. Not once did they tell us there was any decline!!! We asked about their bodies as we loved them dearly and wanted a paw print keepsake there was none. We were never once offered their ashes or body to bury. They offered us NOTHING but extreme hate and rudeness. As a Foster to special needs animals I believe we deserve better respect than this. We asked about our carrier and blanket they were brought in with and to have their collars. Nothing but they said no we will take care of the bodies no explanation can’t even get our stuff back for keepsake in memory of them! I feel like this vet was not truthful and either lied to our family about their condition and them doing much better or lied about their death bc someone at the vet wanted them. Either way I’m going to our attorney and I’ll be getting the medical records subpoenaed if I have to so our family can have some sort of closure. I will also be making this public so people and rescues are aware of what happened to us and can avoid this vet in the future. We didn’t even receive an im sorry for your loss. We miss you so much Nova and Titan and I’m so sorry they didn’t Allow us to give you the love you deserved in the end
Jan 25, 2025 · Dani ClarkI recently had to put down the family dog (f cancer). The whole staff was so respectful and very kind. I received a card in the mail filled with thoughtful messages and prayers. Thank you all for what you do and being so kind to me and my family 💛
Apr 03, 2025 · Mar Andrews (MarsBars33)Our sweet girls had c-sections here, new to the area we were so anxious but we were treated so kindly, as well and most importantly were our babies. We can’t thank the doctors and staff enough for their compassion and willingness to even perform one of the C-sections on a weekend. Most places don’t. Thanks so much. We found our new vet!
Sep 20, 2024 · Marisa SparksI would suggest to anyone if your pet has a serious or ongoing medical condition that requires blood work and/or shot every month, to go to a more stable facility. Shame on this place. Too much to go into, but you can't tell me the veterinarians are oblivious to their failed system they have created. It's clear now it's all about money. My whole outlook on this place has done a 180. Other people waiting outside also communicated how much this place has gone down the tubes. I waited 2 hours for a shot and a blood draw on my dog and I went in twice to make sure I was still showing in their system. All they could tell me was they had a lot of things pop up followed by being called,"sweetheart." Very demeaning to say the least. An hour after I decided to leave I received a text from them asking if I was still there. Ha! I'm not a fool for this place anymore! My animals will never step foot in this place again. Only fools will keep this place in business.
