Boughton Square Animal Clinic

Always a good experience at this Vet. They are awesome. I am grateful for the most recent treatment for my dog which my vet saved me thousands by avoiding the emergency vet. The staff is amazing the new office is very nice and they schedule very well there is no chaos with dogs interacting. If your looking for a great vet office they are it.

I was in need of immediate help for my dog when he was attacked. They were able to take him in and tend to him right away. They are tremendously caring and understanding staff. They treated my dog and I with care and compassion for my situation. If you're looking for a place to take your pet, I highly recommend this clinic. They're true animal lovers!

Seeing how the staff and Dr's interact with our pets is awesome. They love on them and let them know that they are safe. We have 2 dogs that are usually pretty scared, but they even take treats from the Dr! Something they've never done before. The last vet we were at wouldn't even come in the exam room unless we muzzled our one dog because he's big and looks like a Pittie. He does have Pittie in him, but the rest is all baby. At Boughton Square, they never once mentioned a muzzle and our dogs just love the staff. our one cat has been there and while he was scared, the staff/vet was great with him and even listened to my crazy concerns and made me feel so much better about bringing him in. We'll be sticking with Boughton Square for our pet's health needs! Thanks for making all of us feel good about choosing you!!

We went in and told them we think our new puppy has a bladder infection. He kept on getting up every 15 minutes to pee. We brought him in to get checked up because our original vet was not available. The doctor literally told us that our dog is just being dramatic. We had to vouched for a blood test to see what is going on. We got the results back and he does have a bladder infection. We will never be going back to this place because they didn’t even care and now they keep trying to call me to get him to come back and I keep saying no. We took him to our original vet and he is all good now.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. These idiots at this facility confirmed my dog's grooming appointment at least 5 times. I drove all the way from Joliet and dropped my dog off and received a call 5 minutes later saying my dog was behind his shots. They didn't know this when the appointment was scheduled?!? They didn't think to remind me in July prior to his shots expiration?!? They didn't think to tell me the numerous times I was there to pickup his medication once a month?!? I refuse to be taken advantage of by these con artists that work at Boughton Square. I immediately transferred my dog out and now belong to a better vet that is extremely cost effective and not about the money and trying to scam people. You lost me as a customer I recommend people to take your fur babies somewhere else, that truly care for your animals instead of trying to run a scam on people! As mentioned earlier, I found a new vet that will be handling his vaccinations and grooming for way cheaper than what was quoted by Boughton Square!

Dr Pullins is Amazing, very knowledgeable, he takes his time with you and you never feel rushed. My dog has issues and Dr Pullins is right on top of them. He get back to phone calls and so does his wonderful staff. The Staff are all very sweet and helpful. The clinic is very clean. They offer an area bathing and such for your animals which I take part in. I recommend the baths, my dog comes come smelling so good and feeling so much better. It includes nail trims, ear cleaning and I believe teeth brushing. I love everything about the clinic and if you want your pet in the best hands you should definitely try them. Definitely give Dr. Pullins a call he's the best!!! 🐾❤️

I have been a customer for 3 years and the whole staff is very professional and easy going. I've had my dog for 12 years and this is by far the best vet she has ever had.
