How many dogs LOVE to go to the vet? Well mine does! Bottletree Animal Hospital staff treat Alfie with such care and compassion. They are friendly, happy, and are so gentle with him. He absolutely loves seeing them, even if it’s only once a year. They take their time to explain everything to me and make me feel good about being a dog owner.

We’ve been taking our goldendoodle, Luna, to Bottle Tree Animal Hospital for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Jasmine is fantastic—she always provides great feedback and ensures that we’re happy with Luna’s haircut every time. It’s clear that she truly cares about the pets she grooms, and Luna always looks amazing after each visit. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience is smooth and professional. Our golden doodle experienced a lot of anxiety with a previous groomer, until we found Jasmine. Deacon is happy upon arrival and has a positive experience every time. Its amazing! We are so please with Bottletree and the great quality that Jasmine offers!

My dog Charlie has terrible anxiety and is always a wreck before going to the vet. With this, I was very nervous about going to a new vet in Oxford because I didn’t know how she would react. The first day we went to Bottletree, we were greeted with nothing but smiles and support from each and every staff member. They were beyond patient with her and in only three short visits, she now completely trusts them! Bottletree has allowed for us to stay consistent with our vet visits (we are in the same room each time, with the same doctor, and the same treats). This has done WONDERS for both Charlie’s and my anxiety. With Dr. Doss, I was able to discover that my dog is very protective of me and that it helps for me to be out of the room during vet visits, so in this extremely short time, the staff members have understood Charlie’s temperaments and have worked with her to make her as comfortable as possible each visit. Charlie is still anxious about going to the vet, but immediately calms down when Dr. Doss walks in. She is the sweetest, most helpful vet I have ever interacted with and I am so glad I brought Charlie to Bottletree. For the rest of my time in Oxford, I won’t go anywhere else, they are the best! (Charlie got scratched in the eye in the picture below and we were there to get it checked out)
