I don't know what we would have done had we not connected with Boston Pet Rehab. Our dog Sammy was paralized by a spinal stroke and did not have the use of any of her limbs when we first came in. Months later she now has the use of 3 of her legs and we are seeing consistent progress with the 4th! Christina and the entire team are amazing people and extremely professional when it comes to working with our furry babies. We are eternally grateful!

We offer a comfortable and supportive environment where pets can undergo therapy in a safe and encouraging setting. Our equipment is state-of-the-art and tailored to facilitate various rehabilitation techniques. A key feature of our clinic is our underwater treadmill, a specialized piece of equipment that allows for low-impact exercise, ideal for pets recovering from surgery, managing arthritis, or regaining strength after injury. We understand the emotional toll that a pet's mobility issues can take on owners, and we are here to provide support and guidance every step of the way.

Our range of services is tailored to address a wide spectrum of rehabilitation needs. A cornerstone of our therapy programs is hydrotherapy using the underwater treadmill. This modality is particularly beneficial for pets with osteoarthritis, as it allows them to exercise with reduced pain and increased range of motion. The warm water can also help to soothe muscles and improve circulation. We also offer a variety of land-based physical therapy exercises designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. These exercises are customized to each pet's specific condition and progress.

Beyond hands-on therapy, our team provides comprehensive support, including recommendations on diet, supplements, and at-home exercises that owners can implement to further aid their pet's recovery and long-term management. We believe in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, addressing not just the physical limitations but also the overall well-being of the animal. Our goal is to empower pet owners with the knowledge and tools they need to continue their pet's progress at home.

The success stories from our clients speak volumes about the effectiveness of our rehabilitation programs. My little old man Lefty, who is a 15 year old mini Aussie, has been coming to see Christina Campbell for physical therapy for about a year. He has osteoarthritis in his rear legs and back, and he is doing underwater treadmill and some floor exercises to help with that. He loves it, and it has made a huge difference! He has had an easier time getting up and moving around than before he started. Christina also makes recommendations about diet, supplements, at-home exercises, and general daily life adjustments to help my dog, which I really appreciate. Lefty is always excited when we get in the car and I tell him he’s visiting Christina. He doesn’t like swimming but for some reason he loves the underwater treadmill. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a pet in need of rehab. The staff are great and the therapy really helps!

This is the best place in the world for dogs! We saw Dr. Gorman initially for an evaluation and a treatment plan. We have been working with the amazing rehab team who created and implemented a program that included underwater therapy sessions, a home program and valuable advice about medical options for pain management. Our 10-year old dog is able to bounce and play with much younger dogs instead of sitting on the sidelines in pain. We cannot thank Boston Pet Rehabilitation enough for all they do for our dog and our family!

I cannot recommend Boston Pet Rehabilitation enough. When our dog had TPLO surgery a few months ago, his vet recommended Boston Pet Rehab for PT and it was easily the best decision we could have made. Christina and her team were wonderful with our dog, treating him as if he was their own, and were always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made his visits both fun and challenging, and made what should have been a difficult time a joyous one, filling it with lots of treats and love. At our dog's last follow up appointment, his surgeon said he has made a remarkable recovery and I know we owe it all to Boston Pet Rehab. They are the best!

Our little Koda bear ended up getting IVDD surgery. As scary as this operation and journey to recovery was, Koda was in great hands as far as the Boston Pet Rehab team. From the get go, we were greeted with kindness by Sherry. Christina, Sarah, Dorothy and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that Koda felt comfortable. They were knowledgeable, patient and so kind. It saddens me to know this facility is closing down. Thank you for helping our Koda bear walk again. We can’t recommend the staff enough! Thank you!
