My two cats, Phoebe and Luka, both have been receiving quality care from the dedicated vets and their care teams from Bond Vet. I’m impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and compassion. Dr. Curnett has given my diabetic senior cat Phoebe utter most care with lots of good advice and patience. The fact Bond Vet has three locations in Chicago is an advantage for pets and their owners. Back in January, my kitten Luka needed emergency care and it happened on the day the nearest branch was closed and, luckily, he received immediate treatment by Dr. Klein and her team at another location. What makes Bond Vet stand out is everybody is genuinely kind and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.

This place charges way too much. $120 for labs, $100 for a physical exam, $99 for a rabies vaccine and $18 for the tag, $120 for da2pp + lepto vaccine, then the worst was an extra $80 for a benadryl shot when our dog had a reaction to his vaccines. Looking at average vaccine costs online these prices are pretty high. The receptionist was also rude and not helpful. She yelled at us and was very sassy when we started walking out when we did not know we needed to pay again for a shot of Benadryl after already paying over $500 for our visit (no one told us we had to pay again so we thought we were good to go). She also did not know what to do when our dog passed out on the floor she just sat there and looked at me until I suggested getting the vet to come check his vitals. The vet and nurses are all really nice here but due to the rude receptionist and high prices I think there are better places to take your pet.

I took my boy Murphy in since he wasn’t feeling well and I loved our experience. The staff was so friendly and great at handling my baby. They gave him tons of pets and cuddles and kisses all over his face. 🥰 He loves people but is scared of new places. He easily let them pick him up and hold him, which really shows he knew they were good people. I will only take my cats to Bond Vet and will encourage others to do the same. Thank you for helping make my boy feel better!

They took such good care of my cat. I feel like a lot of vets are dog oriented and do cats on the side but they really gave my cat the love she deserves. They were super transparent about pricing and all of my options for the emergency situation my cat was in. They are the reason she is feeling so much better today and I am so so grateful! Zelda says thanks!

First visit and everyone was truly wonderful. Vet and techs were warm, friendly, and clearly cared about my cat’s comfort and well-being. We went get get our girl’s eye checked and they were very good at handling a fussy cat! They were also very considerate of our stowaway! Our boy snuck into the carrier and surprised us when we arrived. He got a few treats and some love while his sister got her check up. We really appreciated that they accommodated our surprise guest. We were very embarrassed we showed up with an extra cat but they let him hang out. He will get his turn soon because we will book again for sure! Thank you Bond Vet and your team!
