The absolute worst! The are in disarray and dangerous to your pet. I brought my ailing dog in for blood tests and was told I would have the results in 24-48 hours. I was assured by the doctor that although she would not be in for the rest of the week, she would consult with the other doctor, get them up to speed on my dog's issues, and have the results shared with me in an informed manner. After not being called, I called them. They said that no doctors are available to read the results. They then told me I would need to wait 6 days until a doctor was back. All this while my dog is suffering. They are now looking for an outside doctor to read the results. It is a complete S-show. They used to be good but they've gone to hell. Please, please, please keep your pet away from this house of horrors.

Bond Animal Hospital aims to provide veterinary care services to the local community of White Plains. To offer a comprehensive and objective overview, we have considered feedback shared by recent customers regarding their experiences with our services.
Based on the available reviews, it appears that recent customer experiences with Bond Animal Hospital have been significantly negative. One customer described their experience as "the absolute worst," expressing concerns about the hospital being in "disarray" and potentially "dangerous" for pets. This customer brought their ailing dog in for blood tests and was initially told they would receive the results within 24-48 hours. Despite assurances from a doctor who was leaving for the week that she would consult with the other doctor and ensure the results were shared in an informed manner, the customer reported not receiving a call. Upon following up, they were allegedly informed that no doctors were available to read the results and that they would need to wait six days until a doctor returned, all while their dog was suffering. This individual also stated that the hospital was then looking for an outside doctor to interpret the results, labeling the situation a "complete S-show" and advising others to keep their pets away, claiming the hospital had declined from its previous standards.
Another customer shared a distressing experience regarding their dog's chronic vomiting and diarrhea over several months. They reported bringing their dog to Bond Animal Hospital multiple times, where the primary recommendation was a change to prescription diets. When these dietary changes did not resolve the issues, a different prescription food was suggested. While blood work was conducted, the results reportedly came back negative. According to this reviewer, their dog continued to suffer significant weight loss due to the ongoing vomiting and diarrhea. Seeking alternative care, they took their dog to another veterinarian who immediately performed an ultrasound, which revealed a significant problem in the small intestine requiring immediate surgery due to extensive damage. This customer expressed considerable upset with Bond Animal Hospital for not recommending an ultrasound earlier and instead advising patience with diet changes, seemingly accepting the dog's condition as simply "GI issues." The reviewer felt that valuable time was lost and questioned the lack of a more holistic approach to diagnose the root cause more quickly.
Given these two recent customer reviews, it is challenging to provide details about the positive aspects of the environment, specific services, or features of Bond Animal Hospital. The feedback primarily highlights significant concerns regarding communication, diagnostic procedures, follow-up on test results, and the overall standard of care experienced by these pet owners.
Based solely on this recent feedback, it is not possible to objectively describe the typical environment of Bond Animal Hospital. The negative reviews suggest potential disorganization, but without further information, a fair assessment of the clinic's ambiance cannot be made.
Similarly, specific details about the range of services offered by Bond Animal Hospital cannot be confidently extrapolated from these negative experiences. While they mention blood tests and dietary recommendations, a comprehensive list of their veterinary services is not provided in the reviews.

Jan 22, 2025 · kevin ScherMy dog has been having vomits and diarrhea for months. We brought our dog to see Bond animal hospital for several times and had been telling us to change to prescription diet. When it didn't help, she told us to change to a different prescription food. There were some blood work done but all results came back negative. My dog suffered from the vomits and diarrhea and sustained huge weigh loss. We decided to bring her to another vet a week ago. An ultrasound has been done and immediate found a problem in her small intestine and needed immediate surgery since the damage is extensive. We were so upset with Bond Animal hospital in not recommending us to perform an ultrasound in the first place and simply told us to be patient with diet changes and settle with the fact that my dog has GI issues. So much time has been wasted. I'm not sure why they don't use a more holistic approach to get to the root problem faster.
Nov 19, 2024 · Manying Ngai-ChoiI have used Bond Animal hospital for my cats for about three years. I was very happy with Dr. Mason and Dr. Butts during this time and also loved the front office staff. They were always very attentive and caring. Over the last several months I noticed a big change. Most of the employees have left and now it’s extremely difficult to get an appointment, communicate with the staff, And feel good about the care my pets are getting. I’m also not pleased with the way the prices have increased. Please please please do something to address these issues or I’m going to have to look for another Clinic.
Sep 23, 2024 · Rita RomeuAs a former clinical veterinarian, I am a high maintenance owner for my beloved old dog. Dr. Singletary and vet assistant Masiel were infinitely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and caring at my visit today. Sincerest thanks and kudos to them!
Dec 04, 2023 · Orr RozovI have two cats and one dog and went to Bond Animal Hospital for the last four years. I was very happy for years with Dr. Lu, after her, Dr. Sanchez & Dr Mason and after they left, I had good experience with Dr Butts. All were great and I felt always well and respectful treated and they were knowledgeable and I trusted them. I also always appreciated very much the staff at the front desk and the technician team was excellent and so caring! The only not good experience was with Dr. Singletary last year when my dog had an eye infection but because of the other Doctors, I returned and continued with them. Now, I wanted to make a new appointments but Dr Singletary is the only one there and I absolutely do not want to go back to her. I am very sad, that all the others left in just the last 18 months.
