Friendly staff, caring doctors and helpful vet technicians make this our favorite place to get our pets cared for. We really appreciate the love & support shown to us during the last moments with our dog Sweetie. 🐾💕

They are awesome. All the doctors and staff are always so nice and welcoming. They would make sure your pet has the best experience and that they feel safe. I trust them completely and I recommend them 100%. At the beginning I felt a little insecure, because my dog is kind of difficult to work with ( he tends to be aggressive towards strangers) but they manage it like professionals and took care of my dog with love and compassion.

Horrible experience with a very sick dog! He was having breathing issues and very dehydrated. Turns out he was still full of stool and needed to pass it. They wanted $2,000 to keep him overnight but we refused and they wanted us to sign a release to take him home. Don’t EVER go there!!!! Drive into San Antonio to a 24 hour veterinary clinic and bypass this worthless place that will take lots of your money and give poor care. They apparently need to pay for their new building.

I just received the sweetest card after my dog suddenly died from a tumor we never knew about. it was sudden and I was a mess. From my first panicked phone call to the very end I felt such love from the staff! Then today I got the card that just showed even more care. It means so so much!

Everyone is just so nice here! As soon as you walk in the door, you know you're at the right place. Unfortunately, we weren't here on a good note, but everything went as smooth as can be. The vet was amazing, and I feel he is a truly good and genuine person. You really don't experience that as often anymore, and even though our cat was at the end of his days, the whole process didn't seem as bad as I was preparing for. I think that was mostly due to the vet and staff here and all the good energy and compassion everybody had! They were very honest about the cost upfront, and I left here feeling like I owed them more than what I paid. Truly a great vet office!
