I took my cat there for an emergency. The front desk receptionist asked what was wrong with my cat. After explaining in detail, what was wrong, they quickly took my cat to the back. The veterinarian examined my cat and explained to me what needed to be done. I signed off on the treatment plan. I got my cat back the same day. After being home for a couple of hours, my cat was still acting a little "loopy." I called the veterinarian late at night and they told me it was normal and it would take up to 12 hours for the anesthesia to wear off. I have no problems and no complaints with this place whatsoever. They were very nice and patient with explaining everything to me. The office is also very clean. They have a mini fridge with complementary bottles of water. I hope I don't have to do this, but if I have to go there again, I will.

I would like to thank Dr. Eric Taite who took care of our cat and us last night. Thanks to his kindness and empathy this awful experience of saying good bye to our beloved cat was less devastating. I hope he never loses the gift of compassion. He was truly amazing!

I needed to take Tigger my 17 year old cat to the emergency. I have never experienced such compassionate staff! From the young lady in the front desk to the vet tech to the doctor! Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Recent Experience at Blue Pearl Dear Dr. Nelson, I wish to express my grievances regarding our recent experience at Blue Pearl, hoping it may help others avoid a similar situation. On February 14th, 2025, we brought our dog, Charlie, to your facility, feeling alarmed at his sudden lethargy. Upon arriving at around 4 AM, we were initially assisted by Patrick, who was empathetic and professional. However, we were then informed by a vet assistant named Melonie that there was no veterinarian available, resulting in a two-hour wait. Her responses to our inquiries about Charlie's condition were insensitively phrased and unhelpful. When the vet eventually examined Charlie, he revealed a serious condition: a previously undetected tumor on his spleen had burst, leading to internal bleeding. We sought a blood transfusion, quoting us initially at $3,000, only to later be told the cost would be $11,000 for the procedure, requiring a transfer to another hospital. We felt misled and pressured during this already emotional time as the costs escalated into the tens of thousands for potential surgery. Ultimately, we decided to leave and take Charlie to our primary vet. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes to release him, which deprived us of precious moments with him before he passed away in my wife鈥檚 arms en route. The overall experience was distressing and compounded our trauma during an already difficult time. I urge you to review your facility's protocols and staff training, as the level of care and compassion provided fell significantly short of expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The whole team are extremely compassionate and caring. I really appreciate the attention my dog received and how Dr Fico was so thorough in explaining my dog鈥檚 illness and the procedure that he was going to do on my dog. I am thankful I went to Blue Pearl. My Dog is 15 1/2 years old and they did everything to help ease my mind and hopefully help my dog have some more time with us. Thank you to Lionel as well for doing the X-rays and helping with his discharge. Also to Lisa for checking in the very next day to see how our dog was feeling. I would highly recommend that if your pet is in need to see a vet stat this is the place to go to. 24 hours of love and care provided to you and your pet. Thank you Anna Mallilo
