I can't speak highly enough of the kindness and compassion we were shown by everyone at BluePearl, but especially Dr. Reynolds, when we found out our young and incredibly loved family cat, Clyde, had taken a sudden turn for the worse due an unknown heart disease. It's heart-wrenching to say goodbye and this was especially traumatic, I'm just so grateful for these wonderful humans that are able to show such care to both our pets and us as their people through these awful times. Thank you again for going above and beyond! We had a couple prior visits, thanks to Clyde's adventurous ways, that were just as great despite the circumstances, definitely recommend.

The staff and Vets are so kind. My little girl has cancer and they were very honest with me on my opinions. I appreciate their honesty and the opinions on next steps. I highly recommend them for their kindness and knowledge in doing what is really best for your pet regardless of how emotional and difficult that may be.

Both of the women veterinarians (Dr Reynalds and Dr Jonas) I met were amazingly nice and helpful! They and their team saved my little dog Iris who was in Cardiac arrest. They let me bring some of her own snacks and canned food to her, and I got to visit her twice a day as she was in the oxygen tank. And they gave me a significant refund when she got to come home earlier than anticipated! And they had the sweetest office dog named Apollo, who was so well-behaved and very comforting!

We are new dog parents and our girl wasn't feeling well. We went at 230am and it was an amazing experience. We went to a different hospital before this one and from the moment we reached the desk we felt so much better. From the receptionist to the vet techs to the veterinarian, everyone was compassionate and kind and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Lucas the vet tech, they were an absolute sweetheart and they made us both feel so much better about our girls situation. You can tell how passionate they are about their work and animals. Blue Pearl is upfront about pricing, and helps navigate the treatment plan with compassion. Can't say enough nice things about this experience and this place, especially the overnight crew!

We’ve been to blue pearl twice - once to urgently see a specialist when one of our dogs went blind suddenly and again when our senior dog rapidly declined and we had to say goodbye. I can’t say enough lovely things about the staff here - Dr Reynolds really went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on (after years of not really having answers for his issues) and helped us make the hardest decision. I’ll be forever thankful for the way they helped our pup move on peacefully and comfortably, with nurses loving on him the whole time (his favorite). In the scary world of pet urgent care, blue pearl is a refuge. We like that they have specialists on site so all the testing could be done there and we could have answers quickly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Peters and Dr. Selman and the incredible team of techs at Blue Pearl Lafayette saved my dogs life!!! My dog ate a bread tag (yup, that tag that comes on the bag of bread to synch the bag). She got an ultrasound and needed to go to emergency surgery with Dr. Peters. She got it out and looked great!! My girl did well at first, and then she didn’t. She’s a senior dog and she needed more time to recover. Dr. Selman took her in to critical care, she stayed in the ICU for a few days. She got such great care by such a warm and knowledgeable team! My dog is not a nice girl when she’s in pain but they loved her and cared for her and nursed her back to health anyway!! If you need a great team to help your pet, I highly recommend this hospital
