My vet consulted with Dr. Reiman on a potential mast cell tumor diagnosis. I called and made an appointment for the abdominal ultrasound recommended by that consult. I changed my work schedule to take the first available appointment almost 2 weeks later. They then called the morning of that appointment saying they could not do the abdominal ultrasound I called to schedule because my appointment was too late in the day. I was initially PISSED but kept the appointment with Dr. Reiman for a consultation only. I honestly thought they were trying to stretch my appointment to two separate appointments to double charge me. When I arrived for the appointment, her technician (I don’t recall her name) gave me an honest apology for the miscommunication on the expectations for the appointment and took my Leia back to see Dr. Reiman. Upon meeting with Dr. Reiman after my interaction with her technician, I realized my cynicism was unfounded. They were both fantastic and clearly cared only about my sweet Leia’s well-being. The appointment wasn’t cheap…but it was worth it.

We have an 80lb mutt (Walter) who required two TPLO surgeries. He injured his hind legs badly this year. We chose the Glendale location due to the their ability to see us almost immediately. The initial surgery consultation was quick and easy to understand. We chose to do both legs at the same time and we are so glad we did so, to avoid two separate healing processes. Walter had multiple follow up appointments after the surgery and everything went great each time. The staff is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We have absolutely zero complaints. Thank you to the staff for helping our buddy Walter!

I used Blue Pearl Vet for end of life treatment for my beloved dog. Dr. Elke came to our home and performed the end of life treatment. She was extremely sensitive and kind and made this awful decision a very dignified and special moment. I cannot thank her enough.

They saved my cat Izzys life 2.5 years ago from fatty liver disease. She was in bad bad shape and I wasn't sure she'd make it. The vets were all very encouraging of my ability to take care of Izzy at home to avoid the cost of putting her in the hospital. I will be forever grateful for all of them!

I can’t say enough thanks to Dr. Klose and Dr. Rudloff for their awesome work in keeping Twizzler a happy, healthy 14+ year old greyhound. Dr. Klose has saved Twizzler countless times with expert, compassionate care for Blastomycosis, Septic Arthritis (along with Dr. Kroner), hypertension, and an idiopathic Chronic UTI. He cares for Twizzler as if he were his own family member, and gives time and empathy to my wife and I as we treat him. Dr. Elke is so much more than hospice with her amazing acupuncture and laser that has Twizzler running and jumping again, and she is an amazing in home extension of Dr. Klose too. We could not do it without them and gave us a beautiful trip to Gills Rock again last month! Thank you!
