Blue Pearl is the ONLY place I will ever take my Honey pup to. They treated us both with so much care and concern. I felt confident with their treatment plan that was so well explained. Honey LOVED everyone there. In the few hours she was there, they got to know and love her, too. They kept me informed and calm. I'm impressed with the whole facility and everyone in it. You can trust them.

We called for advice about our kitten and Liz was extremely helpful the first time we called regarding medication last week. We then had to come on Tuesday night due to blood draining from incision from his surgery (not done here). We weren’t sure what was going on but Meliah (I think that’s her name, she’s part of night shift) gave us advice and was extremely sweet towards us. She really eased our anxiety for the night. Our kitten was fine for 2 days and a sudden decline on Friday developed. We took him again to get help. Ken in reception helped us and was very kind to us, very soft spoken. Dr. Hunt was very kind and calm, he informed us on everything that was going on and came up with a plan. He was initiative and wasted no time with helping our kitten. He also called us before we went to sleep to give us the results on his blood work. The vet tech Jenna kept us updated at night and allowed us to see our kitten before we left him to be hospitalized. I didn’t catch the vet tech name in the morning shift who brought Pip out to me but she was really helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions and reassured me that Pip was doing well and if any problems occur or have any questions I am able to reach out and call. Everyone here is extremely kind and supportive, definitely people who belong in the veterinary community with empathetic qualities.

After an accidental ingestion of a piece of plastic late Saturday night , I had no option but to go to an emergency vet. The closest on was Blue Pearl over 2 hours away. When I called to let them know that we were coming they were not only concerned about my cat but concerned about my safety and driving alone late at night. When we arrived they took our information and we only had a short wait before they took my cat Earl in for his exam. While waiting the staff offered snacks and coffee to me. After the exam the Dr talked to me and gave me treatment options. Emergency pet care is not cheap. I didn’t expect it to be. But the care that they showed for me and my cat was worth millions. Thank you for being there.

We walked in after having our first seizure at home. Everyone in the hospital was quick to respond, informative, and kind! We are returning for further testing and feel confident the wonderful experience will be repeated. Our little kitten was back home after a couple days in the hospital, and we knew the entire time everyone was doing everything they could. Such a scary time but we felt supported every minute.

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Avondale is truly exceptional. While we were visiting the area, our curious puppy, Oliver, got into some toxic Sago Palm, and we were incredibly worried. From the moment we arrived, the team was calm, professional, and kind, which helped put us at ease right away. They hospitalized Oliver for 24 hours and walked us through every treatment option in detail, giving us the ability to choose what made the most sense for us. Their transparency and empathy during such a stressful time were so appreciated. While Oliver was in their care, we were thinking about him constantly. The team went above and beyond to send us text updates with photos, which made all the difference. It was so reassuring to see that he was being cared for so attentively. Every vet tech and veterinarian we met was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. They treated Oliver with such care and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful to BluePearl Avondale and can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone needing exceptional veterinary care.
