My 9 month old English Lab had entropion surgery with Dr. Low. He had 100% improvement and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff are amazing, so caring and informative. Attaching pictures of before his surgery, the day we picked him up after surgery, and two weeks post surgery. His recovery was easy and he is so much more comfortable, no more squinting and discharge. Thank you Dr. Low!!!!

I had an amazing experience from the second I walked in the door, until even after our cat has been discharged! Every member we came into contact with was kind, knowledgeable, professional, caring, selfless, empathetic, and excellent at treating our cat. They were transparent with regard to cost. Most importantly, I never felt rushed or pushed along- my questions and feelings felt validated. They truly helped educate me on everything going on to the best of their ability. I would highly, highly recommend Blue Pearl for any pet emergencies that may arise. Even though our kitty’s road to recovery is looking to take some time, I feel confident in knowing that he did get and will continue to get the best possible care . This was our first visit to BluePearl. I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and informative! Staff up front, the nurses, and the doctors! They took amazing care of my Girl Snowy! I am happy to finally have my Girl home to start her recovery. Thank you for saving my girl!

The staff here could not be any more kind and caring!! I brought my 9 week old Winnie here at 1am when she wasn’t feeling well in the middle of the night. I was so nervous giving her away to be examined for the first time, but second I got in I knew she was in excellent hands. The staff were so loving towards her, after being examined I spoke with the doctor who I felt very thoroughly checked Winnie and kept her nice and healthy. I never write reviews, but after such an incredible experience I needed to give this staff the credit they deserve!

I have had several wonderful dogs and cats my life and I recently lost one of the best dogs ever! Tank was a young healthy dog who was deaf but listened intently! He was amazing! One morning we had a neurological episode that had us driving around with him having cluster seizures! We ended up being referred to BluePearl emergency! I am thankful for the support, professionalism and dedication the staff demonstrated throughout this traumatic experience. They were quick to send a Sympathy Card and a Thank You card for us thanking them for their care with a small gesture of donuts! My family appreciates them more than they can imagine! Highly recommended! I’ve unfortunately had my fair share of emergency visits to other hospitals and Blue Pearl Hospital in the best hospital I’ve ever been to!
