The folks at Blue Pearl were so loving and supportive during a very dark time for us. Our 21 year old cat passed away in the car on the way to Blue Pearl. The staff was understanding and took special care of our old man so we could say goodbye. They offered a range of after care options and we felt confident they would take good care of our best friend. Thank you, Blue Pearl. I have told all of my friends and family about your great staff..

Possible TW- Our sweet Chihuahua passed away Wednesday, right before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, this was while we were out of town and needed to get her taken care of ASAP. That night, we spoke to the rep. (believe her name was Madison or something with a M) who was nice, informative, and understanding. This ER Vet is pricier than most, as they charge double what our vet quoted us. Nonetheless, this was the best option for us at the time. My dog sitter was able to take her in, and everything was handled over the phone and through email. We were grateful that this process went smoothly with the holiday. We picked up her remains 6 days later with the most precious paw prints, and a card. We will have to go back to switch out the urn, as we received a different one from what we picked out.

The staff at Blue Pearl were very nice and understanding. When we arrived, we were quickly checked in and taken to a room quickly. They treated our Gabby girl and we took her home. They wanted to keep her overnight, but I couldn’t leave her. Gabby crossed over rainbow bridge the following morning.

Wonderful experience with emergency on weekend. Very caring staff and expert, kind, compassionate doctor - they were very busy, but took time to put us at ease. So glad to know this group is there for all pets.

Our pup escaped from our fenced yard and was hit by a vehicle. We arrived at Bluepearl as the staff were in crisis mode handling another injured dog who had arrived before us. I was VERY impressed with the staff’s timeliness and composure as they consoled the other owner, processed my dog and got her in for treatment, AND continued taking the other animals with scheduled appointments. They are very up front with their pricing and were very clear and helpful in pinpointing the right amount of care that my injured animal needed at a price that I could afford. Needless to say, I was very impressed by this experience and would highly recommend this clinic. Bunch of rockstars over there
