My puppy was kicked by a heifer in the head. I totally freaked out and was crying. When they answered my call I was immediately at ease with them and felt like they would take good care of him. I brought him into the St Cloud Emergency clinic They were there right away to evaluate and care for his needs. They were so kind. They reassured me when I heard him crying. The vet came out and explained what was going on. The care there is a whole different level. I felt they are all very professional and caring. He so back to his happy bouncy self. Thank you Blue Pearl!! 💕

We had to take our almost 16 year old dog, Gracie, for vet care. We ended up having to chose comfort care for her. The staff was very attentive and comforting from the moment we arrived. We were very grateful for Dr. Danielle. She was excellent.

Blue Pearl took care of my dog in a time of crisis after a stick got lodged in her throat. Got me in immediately and was very transparent with costs and expectations. Total bill ended up being about 25% less than quoted. They had a no pressure approach with their recommendations and the staff was very friendly. Hope to never have to do business with them again but wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

My dogs eye was messed up and was in pain trying to eat so I called the vet hospital where they quoted me $280 and assured me that anything extra would be any tests or medications and told me would be ok'd by me first so I wouldn't end up with a bill I couldn't afford. We waited for an hour for the technician to come in look at her eye and then took her in the back for a few minutes to have the staff help hold her to get a better look. A little bit later came in and said they found nothing in her eye and didn't see any scratches. They said they weren't really sure what was going on but gave her some eye drops. I was given some eye drops to bring home as well. We then went to settle up and that's when I was given the total which was $547, nearly double the quote I was given on the phone which was a surprise seeing as how nothing was ok'd by me. I don't know if the eye drops were made of gold or if the $280 was just for parking but I feel it's bad business practice to tell someone over the phone it would cost a certain amount just to get them to come in and assure them everything would be ran past them first just to hit them with a bill nearly double what they quoted just to tell they they don't know what's going on. The chances of me going back are there are no chances of that. The staff was friendly and I liked the technician but the billing was a joke and I feel I was scammed from the moment I called. unless the eye drops costed $250 NONE of the charges were ran past me! I was expecting maybe $350 but to be charged almost $550 to be told they don't know....... After being quoted $280 and assured all charges would be ok'd by me first was just bad business! As a contractor when I give a quote I stick to it even if it costs me or I explain to the client the issue and ask if they want me to proceed. I find it despicable to exploit someone's love for their pet this way. I understand things cost money but I also believe your word should mean something too. Don't tell somebody something if you can't live up to it. She yelps like she would if id kick her when she tries to eat, I could have used that $550 actually helping her when now I can't afford to bring her somewhere they can actually find the problem. Charge me double the quote I was given on the phone to tell me they don't know! Then should give me my money back so I can find someone that does!! If anybody reading this I can see your pet for only $20 and for an additional $20 tell you I don't know what's wrong and for $500+ less than I paid you get the same results I got! For $547 all I got was less money. Double the quote for zero answers and left with the same problem.

We are forever grateful for your kindness, empathy, wonderful surgery and taking great care of our Susie.💓 Our English Springer Spaniel was having puppies Friday, June 14th. We knew she had 5 in her from an X Ray earlier. She only delivered 3. Of course, it's the weekend now and all vets are closed. On Saturday we knew we had to come in for a C section. You took an x ray and confirmed 2 pups were still in her, although no heartbeat was detected. We were prepared for that. After performing the surgery, we brought the pups in to nurse. And you brought us out a fourth one very alive! We were shocked, happy, we cried. During surgery, you detected a heartbeat and we're able to resuscitate one of the pups. I cannot tell you how grateful we are. Your kindness and empathy were wonderful and your efforts amazing.🫶 You gave us time to say goodbye to the one that did not make it. You put us in a private room to mourn. 🙏💓 You did a great job on Suzi. Today she is healing well. And all 4 puppies are doing great! The miracle fourth puppy is doing wonderfully. Thank you so much! We really appreciate everything you all did for our family.💓💓💙💓 I want to tell people. Don't read the negative reviews. This is a tough business and a sad business. We had sadness and happiness, but we had kindness and empathy from everyone that worked there. Please feel confident. Bringing your pet to this place. 👍🫶🙏❤️
