BluePearl Animal Hospital is absolutely fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond to provide top-notch care, and they treated my dog, Goose, like family. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The vets and techs took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Goose was comfortable throughout his visit. Their compassion and expertise truly set them apart. My precious Bella was in labor and passed a clear sack which could have put her puppy in distress. We took her to BluePearl and she was treated royally by the staff. The Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor were very kind and compassionate. The facilities was easy to get to and clean. Thank you so much for seeing Bella so quickly.

My Pomsky Chase was in so much pain when we arrived that night. The veterinarian and vet techs were all helpful and very knowledgeable. They handled my baby with love and care as they came up with a plan to get him feeling better.

I can not thank the Drs and staff enough for their care, compassion, dedication, and communication. We ended up having to take Chase in twice, as he seemed to be feeling better at home after our first visit, until he didn’t. We rushed him in late Sunday and he stayed the evening. I called at 3am as I couldn’t sleep and there was no hesitation to update me on him and was even sent a photo. I received an update call that morning and he was doing much better. The unknown is always scary. We were able to pick him up Monday afternoon and he was back to his goofy, loving self. We are so fortunate for the care and dedication of Dr Martinez, Dr Russel, and their wonderful staff. I would do anything for this boy and they had me feeling that they would as well.

Brought my once Feral, now nice Cat Spray, in with a high fever. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Sondalei with concern and patience. Cara the nurse and Dr.Aumann explained everything to me and that Spray needed hospitalization. Spray was a bit better but not well the next day. I was able to visit with him and even got him to eat most of the chicken breast I brought along. I want to seriously thank these three in particular. There was no denying the compassion I saw in their eyes from day 1. Spray is now home and in his pen. I even managed to get his buddy Spray 2 in there with him. Thanks once again and God Bless You.

My cat Squeaks had an urgent emergency where she told me she needed the help early friday morning. She was there for a week and for a majority of that week, it did NOT look like we were making it out. But im telling you, TRUST THIS TEAM. The assistants, the office staff, dr russell and especially dr mendez have the best interest of your fur baby. I can speak on experience that this staff will give your baby the fighting chance. I just brought her home yesterday evening from her being kinda lazy for the past few weeks before the emergency to me and my family having to chase her around like shes a toddler filled with energy. I pray no one has to experience what we have had to endure but if you do, follow their advice, theres a guardian angel looking after your pets and this team cares. I couldn't be more thankful for everyone involved but Dr Mendez went absolutely above and beyond with compassion and love in her care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
