This was the first time my man and I had to take any of our rabbits to a vet for emergency surgery. Belle (black and white) had a tooth abscess that was worse than we thought. She had to have 2 teeth removed and has been on antibiotics. Belle has been in recovery and feeling better each day thanks to the Blue Pearl team. We would definitely recommend them. They take such good care of all animals and helped Belle so much. One of our other rabbits, Little Bear (dark grey), has been so excited and so close to her sister because she loves her so much. The Blue Pearl team is awesome. *Don't worry in the photo of Belle flopped/happy, one part is just a shadow not a bruise.

May 10, 2025 · Mackenzie MullinI cannot say enough good things about this hospital. My dog had to have a tumor removed from her thyroid. First of all, I was very emotional with the diagnosis from our regular vet but when I spoke to the surgery coordinator Kylie, she was so kind and patient with my repeated questions. I scheduled a surgery consultation with Dr. Perry and immediately felt like I was in the right place. He took as long as I needed to explain everything about the surgery and outcomes regarding recovery. I told him about an out of state trip I had following surgery and he made sure I had enough meds and medical supplies available until my return. He was in constant contact with me, giving detailed test results post op. The clinic itself was so clean and all the staff were so very compassionate to their patients. The front desk staff were amazing and kind! I wish my regular vets office were this well ran! They even paid special attention to details. My discharge papers had a sweet picture drawn on it of McDonalds Chicken Nuggets because my dogs name is Nugget! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. My dog is in recovery and means the world to my family.
Apr 03, 2025 · Cori SmithI have to say this happened about a year and a half ago but I recently remembered my experience when a co worker of mine had to let her dog go. My dog was 15+ and I knew the inevitable was coming but it came unexpected one night when my beloved dog Phoebe had a seizure. I was in such a panic and called the first place that came up under emergency vet, they said bring her in. When I arrived I'm not sure if it was the panic on my face or my dogs reactions, it was really a blur but I remember walking in and the staff ushered us into a private room, didn't even spend a second in the waiting area. Staff assessed my dog and took her immediately back still at this time I'm a mess. I filled staff on history of my girl and we determined that it was time to let her go. I have never been treated with such warm kindness and was given ample time to say good bye and deal with my grief. I told this story to my co worker and realized I must have blocked it out, out of just sadness. But I 100 percent recommended this place especially in crises. I don't even think I said thank you. But I really do thank this place for being so kind to me and my girl.
May 09, 2025 · Leslie PilotThe facility is so much bigger and spacious than when it was on Durango. We were able to get in relatively quickly for an ER visit. Felt George was well taken care of. Particularly appreciated our attending vet. She was compassionate and described George's condition is an easily understandable way. The care he received gave us an extra day before we decided it was time to let him go. Your vet suggested Lap of Love. They were great. George is at peace now.
Feb 09, 2025 · Katrina Thietje-WeihsMy daughter who has loved and cared for her dragon for almost 3 years was so distraught when the lethargy, lack of eating/activity she thought was Brumation was actually Yellow Fungus. We had taken her in to a different reptile vet for the yellow spots but was misdiagnosed. When we brought Nova in to be seen as an emergency at BluePearl, she was immediately rushed in and seen. The staff was very caring, patient, and understanding. Within a few minutes the vet took us to a separate triage room and compassionately gave us the sad news. With our permission they euthanized Nova and gave her a comfy coffin for us to take her home and bury. My daughter had to say goodbye to her friend and these amazing people made a day she will always remember just a little better...and did all of this as a courtesy without payment. I don't often write reviews but for what you all did today I just can't thank you enough. You all genuinely made her feel better about her loss. Thank you.
