Amazing staff, extremely polite amazing service, super clean parking area and front entrance.. wonderful high ceilings.. You don't feel like you're closed in or claustrophobic and the waiting area.. Dr Beyer. Charted out all of the possible solutions and options available... Diligent staff... The vet tech doing the weight and testing was amazing with handling the animals.... As well as compassionate for the pets human owners . Cannot recommend blue pearl specialty enough ... Great service all around

We've been going to Blue Pearl essentially since the first day of the Pandemic. My lovely Goldendoodle, Teddy, had terrible early onset glaucoma at not even 2 yrs old. I had no idea what caused it, but BP was referred by my normal vet. We were scared Teddy would end up losing his eyes (sight was already gone) but BP was amazing through every step of the process. They had good options for blood testing to determine the issue, and once identified, treatment was laid out and a plan was implemented. Now, 2 years later, my boy can see again! I have no doubt the staff here saved his eyesight. They have handled everything with professionalism and empathetic care. I recommend them to everyone with no reservations!

CAUTION - STAY AWAY! Their lack of attention allowed by dog's IV to get ripped out in "Intensive Care", causing an embolism. They killed my dog and charged me $5600 to do it. Even charged me additional to do CPR. As a Follow-Up, my friend's dog unexpectedly died at this facility as well. He also feels this place needs to be shut down.

We have had 3 visits so far to diagnose and follow up with my chihuahua's glaucoma. The staff there has been really nice and great with my nervous girl. It's always calm and they seem to run pretty on schedule. The vet seems very knowledgeable about her field and takes the time to talk with me about everything and ask for input on anything I may have noticed . Overall I've been really happy with them.

I recently used their Exotic pet care services for my house rabbits. The staff was professional, easy to work with, and very thorough. Cost of services were provided up front before approving of each, and the staff took the time to explain what each service would entail. Highly recommend for anyone, especially with an older pet like one of my rabbits. Scheduling checkups and return visits are easy, as well. Near many restaurants and shopping venues, so you can get food or pick up items while you wait for the pet appointment to be over. Definitely a plus.
