My pet was rushed to Blue Pearl after she collapsed and stopped breathing for a moment. There was no wait, they immediately took her back and ran vitals. Dr. Turner was the vet on staff and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her tech was Austin and he was compassionate and caring. They worked her estimate within my budget and gave her all the proper testing and monitoring during her 13 hour stay. They worked alongside her Cardiologist at CVCA (in the same building) and treated me and my pet with the utmost care. I am extremely grateful for the staff and how wonderful they were. Thank you for taking great care of my heart dog Easton. 💕

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one very close to my heart. On Sunday night, we had to rush my 10 year old baby girl Tilly to the vet. We were beside ourselves, nervous and confused. I have loved Tilly since I was 15 years old and I never expected in a million years that we would be leaving without her. I was so conflicted on the best place to take her because I have thankfully never had to go to an emergency vet. Tilly has recently become a patient at the CVCA, so my initial thought was to take her to Blue Pearl because they will be able to have access to all of her information and treat her most effectively. I didn’t know it at that time, but Tilly was telling me that it was her time to go home to heaven. I had to dig into the deepest part of my heart and try to be selfless for her that night. The Dr that helped us and talked us through the entire process was the most supportive and sympathetic vet that we have ever met. For the first time since I found out that Tilly was sick in September, I felt at peace. This is thanks to the amazing Dr assuring me that we are doing the right thing for our baby. I knew she was being sincere and truly cared for Tilly. Everyone was so kind and let us stay with her and grieve as long as we needed. Everything was such a blur so I forget the Drs name, but I keep looking back on that night and I KNOW Tilly sent her to us. I am able to grieve guilt free because of the compassion and kindness of the staff at Blue Pearl. If you ever have a doubt about where to take your sweet baby, please take them here and know they will be cared for like family. Unfortunately, there are so many people in this world that do not see our pets as family/our children but Blue Pearl treated us with the same respect that any grieving family who has lost their family member should receive. I can’t thank them enough and I will forever be grateful for helping me through the worst day of my life. I love you so much Tilly. You you were my entire world and soul. 🤍 I can’t wait to see you again one day.

My pet was referred to BluePearl by my Vet. I live in Indiana and was reluctant to travel so far from home but my fears were relieved as soon as I walked in the door. All the staff were kind compassionate and professional. My pet was in the ICU for 5 days and the staff and Physicians kept me updated on my pets treatment plan and the cost for the treatments so that I could make decisions on how to proceed with his care. I was able to call any time day or night to speak to the staff so I could check on my pets progress. I now have my pet home and he is doing great! I highly recommend BluePearl Pet Hospital.

We had to rush our beloved cat Ozzy to Blue Pearl the day after Christmas. My husband and I were beside ourselves as our Ozzy was very sick. The techs and Dr. Kayla Wilkinson were wonderful and so compassionate. Unfortunately after some health issues that would only get worse along with pain our beloved Ozzy went to the rainbow bridge. We loved Ozzy for 11 years. I want to thank Blue Pearl for everything they did for our Ozzy and us during this difficult time.

I ended up at BluePearl to euthanize my senior dog unexpectedly late on a Sunday night. I called ahead since it was after normal hours and they had everything ready for us as soon as we arrived. They let me take as much time as I needed with my sweet girl and explained the entire process as this was all new to me. The veterinarian and all the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel as comfortable with my choice as one can be with such a hard decision. They were incredible compassionate the whole time I was there and did not make me feel rushed in any way, which is all I can ask for in such a difficult time. While I have a regular vet, I would definitely go to BluePearl again in the event that I could not go to my regular vet.
