BluePearl Pet Hospital

One of my beagles has been hospitalized twice at Blue Pearl in the past year for two different reasons. Both times they were able to quickly figure out his diagnosis and begin life-safe treatment. The veterinarians were exceptionally knowledgeable and did a great job communicating the treatment plan, associated risks, and cost of his care. Their expertise made me feel confident they were doing all they could to help Mason recover. Mason’s vet techs were equally great. They cared for him, loved on him, kept me up to date with his progress, and facilitated my visits each day. I also really appreciated the warm greeting by the front desk staff every time I visited. I’m forever grateful to Blue Pearl for the level of care they provided Mason, and I would recommend them to other pet owners in a heartbeat.

We just finished chemotherapy for my dog who was diagnosed with lymphoma last year. Blue Pearl was the first hospital to call me back after my vet referred us to three potential oncologists. Dr. Ayers and her team were very kind and caring, laying out all our options and costs up front along with an honest prognosis and expectations. I'm so pleased that our girl is in remission. She actually gets excited when we get near the clinic, so I know they treat her well even when she's in the back without me. That says a lot! Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care of Jovie.

Sophie will be 7 in April. We love her so much! She has had eye trouble & also Cushing Disease. Dr Andrew & her assistants at Blue Pearl are the best. We drove an hour & a half & it is worth it to keep our baby girl safe!

If you love your animal do not take them here. My dog came in with an eye ulcer. The vet told me it was healed and to “throw away” the antibiotics. My dog now has to have his eye removed. It’s also ridiculously expensive. Edit to add: they called us (i think when they say the photos on my yelp review) and then the customer service person got an attitude. Then they said they’d call us back and they have yet to. Our pet insurance has maxed out on this issue thanks to Blue Pearl. Adding the photo of the day before blue pearl and one week after

We were referred to Blue Pearl from our vet as our 15 yo dog required a Neurologists care. The entire staff were incredibly kind, understanding and clear in communication. From the moment we walked in they acted with urgency due to her condition. We received 3+ updates daily that providing options. Additionally, the doctors were clear the range of potential expenses, always leading with compassion. Unfortunately, our baby wasn’t able to recover. When the time came they ensured we were able to say goodbye. The entire Blue Pearl team are incredible. However, our hearts were extremely touched by Dr. Block. She helped us understand our dog’s condition and progress. This helped prepare us as much as possible. After our dog’s passing Dr. Block reached out to express her condolences. It meant so much to us - we know Dr. Block, and the entire team, did all they could for our pup.
