Last night was one of the scariest nights I've had as a pet parent, but it was made so much better by the fantastic team at BluePearl! I had no idea what to do and bolted to BluePearl when all the urgent care vets were closing around 10PM as my cat first started showing concerning symptoms. I never had to take my pet for an emergency visit before but I was not taking any chances waiting until the morning for my primary care vet to open and squeeze me in. From the jump over the phone they were calm and reassured me they were there for me. They took amazing care of my fur baby and were very straight forward with what was needed or could be extra cost wise (very reasonable pricing in my opinion). Every team member was compassionate, kept me sane, and answered every question. I could tell they truly cared about me and my pet which was very evident by the churu treats she received when I asked if they could administer the first round of medication for me since it was very late. I was in and out within 2-2.5 hours on a Thursday night. I'll recommend this place to anyone that needs help emergently for their four legged family members! Honey even tucked herself in this morning and took a sick day as my wfh supervisor for some well earned rest - she says thank you! Word to the wise - please get pet insurance! It is so worth it for your fur baby and your financial future!

Right before bed, our Bernadoodle puppy decides to eat a midnight snack - my sock. Upon arriving at BluePearl we were promptly greeted in a clean, inviting waiting room where we quickly were treated by Dr Smith. She was calm and reassuring. I hope to not have the need again for urgent pet care, but I feel extremely confident to know they are available for services.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, especially with Dr. Zoe Williams and the amazing team in Oncology. My 11yo lab, Charlie, was recently diagnosed with cancer, and after being referred to Blue Pearl, we were able to get an appointment relatively quickly (within 2 weeks) — which meant the world during such a stressful time! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Williams went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly review Charlie’s history, explain the diagnosis, and discuss multiple treatment options in detail. She walked me through the risks, benefits, and financial aspects of each option, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire visit was a little over an hour, with probably less than 10 minutes spent waiting in the lobby — most of the time was spent in discussion and answering questions which I genuinely appreciated. As a medical provider myself, I know the demands of a busy schedule can limit the amount of time spent with one patient, despite our best intentions. The Oncology crew didn’t rush us and made me feel like Charlie’s care was their top priority. When I left Charlie for additional testing that afternoon, the team was incredibly accommodating with my work schedule and allowed me to pick her up a few hours after her testing concluded. They even sent me some adorable “glamour shots” they took of Charlie while she waited, which was such an unexpected and heartwarming touch 🥰 A HUGE shoutout to Dr. Williams and our vet tech Jessica — you both made this difficult experience so much easier. I feel confident Charlie is in the best hands and am beyond grateful for a team that treats her like one of their own. Thank you for everything!

the surgical team at bluepearl saved my cats life!! he had whats called a diaphragmatic hernia, and he required emergency surgery because his liver, small intestine, and part of his stomach where all caught in his chest cavity. the only downsides to bluepearl are 1. the cost. this isn’t something i can fault them for because that’s just how medicine works whether it be for humans or pets. just wish they offered payment plans of some sort. and 2. the rest of the staff are very monotone and not super friendly,,, this isn’t typically something i care at all about because how can we expect people to be on their a game all the time especially at work but when you are dealing with so many people crying and stressed over the idea of losing a pet or just the financial stress of it all, unfortunately i think you kind of have to put your most sympathetic, kind, and helpful self out there. they were not mean or rude by any means, it just seemed like they were there to do their jobs and go. this could’ve easily been a bad day for someone though and so my five star review remains! my cat junie survived and is on the road to recovery so what else could beat that?

Very caring vets and they took such good care of my fur baby! They weren't nearly as pricey as I expected and they even did an ultrasound to be certain that he didn't have anything more serious than the kennel cough that they suspected. Two thumbs up and don't hesitate to take your fur babies there. I really believe that you won't be disappointed with the level of care that they will receive
