Was visiting from out of state, my fur baby Sassy got sick and they took her in asap as soon as I arrived. Amazing customer service from the front desk receptionist, to the nurse and the MD had great bedside manner. I had no doubt my little girl was in good hands. She is currently home and back to normal. Highly recommend them.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this veterinary office. The front desk lady’s are nice although, the doctor was only focused on pushing unnecessary treatments and making me feel guilty for not spending more money than actually caring for my pet. The veterinarian Brenda Harder tried to manipulate my emotions, using guilt tactics to pressure me into agreeing to expensive procedures that I simply couldn’t afford. Brenda laughed while telling me an MRI is $4,000. She made me feel bad for not insuring my pet on “day one” of getting him. She refused to prescribe any medication that would actually help his back condition. She told me that I “didn’t understand the severity of the situation” and proceeded to tell me that he needed all these treatments and had to spend at least $1,500 today. I felt like they cared more about their bottom line than my pet’s well-being. It was a very disheartening experience, and I would not recommend this office to anyone who is looking for honest, compassionate care for their animals. It’s a shame that they prioritize profits over the trust of their clients. Someone should investigate the negligence of the veterinarian woman. The office visit fee to just be examined was $280 which I feel is a high price even for an emergency visit. Please do NOT come here.

We scheduled an in home euthanasia appointment for our 19 year old cat with Dr Alexander. Unfortunately, he ended up passing with my husband and I before she got here. We had her come out to transport him for cremation and she was so extremely kind and compassionate towards us. She continued to reassure us that we did so well keeping him in a comfortable spot, and that he loved such a long and fulfilling life with us. Losing your pet is one of the hardest things, and we were so thankful for her support during this time. Their scheduling staff was very kind as well with staying in touch through text.

We rushed our dog, per our vet’s recommedation, to Blue Pearl. They were waiting for her and admitted her immediately. She was in a life/death situation. She had to spend the night. They handled her with love and took such good care of her. They kept us posted on what was happening and even sent a text that night with her pic to show us she was doing better! We were scared, she was scared, and they put us all at ease. When I picked her up, she went up to all the people that made her feel better, without being prompted, to show them thanks and say goodbye. It warmed my heart. I hope she never has to have another emergency sitution, but if so, Aniol will go to Blue Pearl. 🩷
