If I could give zero stars I would. We brought my three year old doodle here and proceeded to tell them her symptoms. They wrote her off and deemed her stable. The told us it would be one hour until the doctor could meet with us. Three hours later we were told at minimum it would be an additional three hours. We decided to take our Dog to another location with zero wait time off Indian school and 51. When we got there, I told staff the same symptoms and doctor did a thorough exam (she was back there longer than two minutes). Within 10 minutes of us being at this location, she Expressed her fears that her stomach had flipped we okayed the x-ray and she was correct. My dog has emergency surgery a few hours later. Clearly, this location was too busy to care about my dog and give her the attention she needed. Makes me sick to think she sat there for three hours in pain. I would not recommend taking any pet to this location. Dr. Vazquez at the location off Indian school was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and all staff at this location.

My dog was brutally attacked by another dog. It was a traumatic experience, however, upon arriving to BluePearl Pet Hospital I felt immediate relief knowing that my dog was in good hands. Due to the nature of her wounds, she was bleeding throughout the waiting room, however, the care team assured me that it was okay and they were helpful in cleaning it up. They took great care of her while she was waiting for total assessments and spoke with me in length after they reviewed the nature of her wounds. I felt very happy to know they would ensure she was safe, pain free, and would be given the best treatment for a positive recovery. I really would recommend this pet ER (Peoria/Glendale location is where I went) for any pet emergency needs. Thank you so much BluePearl for taking care of my fur baby and ensuring her safety.

The staff were very good. They were kind and looked after me while I was preparing to have to euthanize my dog. They took great care of my other dog that was injured and truthful about what I could expect from the more seriously injured dog. I am thankful for their work and kind words

The employees at BluePearl are so helpful, compassionate and kind. This week, our dog Rey was extremely sick and we brought her to this location. We were greeted immediately and Rey was quickly taken back to be evaluated. We were helped by Jennifer, Meagan and Dr. Paylor. They truly care about the animals they care for. Communication was great. They provided multiple updates on Rey and they took wonderful care of her! She is now back to her playful self!
