I rarely give reviews, but felt like in this case it was a good idea. Our Yorkie was having some issues walking and after being told the Avondale location was busy, they sent us to Phoenix. After determining she was seizing, Dr. Butt was compassionate, understanding and we had open and clear dialogue about what was going on. Factoring in the time of year (Christmas….) and the cost (understanding after hours services are more then usual) he did all he could to come up with a more budget friendly plan while still providing the care needed. It Was a stressful night, but our Hattie came out the next day just fine. Thanks to the whole staff!

The best staff! These ladies were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need. My cat had some complications and they were able to get her all the care she needed. This animal hospital is very clean, welcoming and a calm environment. The Dr's took the time to explain everything in depth to us and you could tell they are passionate about their line of work. I appreciate everyone who works so hard in this field. Thank you! - Squeaky and her family!

I highly recommend Blue Pearl! I had to take my cat in for lily poisoning since it was after my vet’s usual hours and we were seen quickly. They’re transparent about pricing and will work with you to cover the cost of your pet’s care. Dr. Butt and Vanessa were especially helpful in providing clear, kind, and informative communication. Thank you for helping Olive and me! She’s extremely happy to be home after her stay with you guys.

Disgusted with the lack of sympathy and compassion that my dog received. My dog that was clearly suffering was treated with medication that clearly wasn’t going to help him in his critical state and then we were sent on our marry way. My dog was in a critical health state, they were rude and dismissive and had no intention of assisting or accommodating to find alternative less expensive diagnostic testing or treatment. They are suppose to offer emergency service, however they did not offer to complete simple lab work to even determine any causes. I’m so thankful to have found another emergency veterinarian services that genuinely have the best interest for the animals they serve.

The staff & Doctors are absolutely AMAZING!!! My dog was bit by another dog. I was very upset & scared for my baby girl. I adopted her approximately 2 months ago & she was so very timid. She has since blossomed. I was so worried that this dog bite was going to traumatize her. I was more traumatized than she was & the Blue Pearl team reassured & comforted us both. Thankfully the bite was not very severe. The staff & Doctor treated & welcomed us with kind, caring open arms. Addie is healing well. I HIGHLY suggest this emergency hospital!!! THANK YOU to ALL of the STAFF & DOCTORS💕
