All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and ensuring the correct services are provided are excellent. My poor baby went in feeling very sick and they spend the entire day making sure he was feeling better. They thoroughly explained all the procedures he would go through and his final diagnosis in the end. Even calling back several times in the following days with more questions, they still kept the same level of attentiveness and care. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you staff at BluePearl for making this a great experience on my behalf and of course Grimmy thanks you too.

I took my little Cassi to emergency after surgery for removal of her eye earlier by our veterinarian. The eye was looking nasty & oozing. The staff members were so nice and caring. Cassi was handled with loving care and attention. She needed to have another surgery on her eye due to severe infection in the tissue. The Dr. did an excellent job with her, and she is starting to feel much better now. She looks great, and I’m very thankful that I brought her to BluePearl Emergency Hospital.

I am very happy with the care that my cat received here. This hospital was able to diagnose my cat with FIP when my local vet didn’t even mention it. I had taken my very sick cat into my local vet three times to no avail and as soon as I took him to this hospital, they rushed him into ultrasound and very quickly diagnosed him with FIP as well as sending me home with medication so I could immediately get started on treatment. Both the nurse, the doctor and the front desk staff were very friendly. I will say that FIP wasn’t something that this team seemed very familiar with either, which is unsettling given that so many cats die from it, but I am very thankful that my cat has a fighting chance thanks to the vet that he saw here.

I have been taking my two 13 year old Yorkies to Dr. Ford for 3 years and can’t imagine not knowing her. She saved my dogs’ lives because she was able to diagnose their internal issues and treat them to keep them alive and healthy when I thought I might lose them. We go to Blue Pearl on a regular basis for checkups and when needed for issues. They are very good about confirming appointments by phone prior to the appointment date, communicating by email, phone and follow up. They are very personal and greet my dogs by their first name and show them lots of attention and love when we arrive. Dr. Ford is extremely professional, knowledgeable, genuinely caring and thoughtful. I know she cares about my dogs and me and we’re not just an appointment. We are clients and family. I am grateful for Dr. Ford and everyone at Blue Pearl who we’ve gotten to know over the years and appreciate all of their help and love.

Our 14 month old kitty, Merlin, have been sick for two days. We rush him in on New Year's Day and we're amazed by how helpful and nice the whole experience was. From the ladies at the front desk to the vet techs and even the veterinarian. We ended up being there for only 2 1/2 hours and they were able to fix Merlin! When we got the bill we were shocked at how affordable it really was. The estimates that were given over the phone match what we actually were told in the office! This is an extra bonus because I called two other clinics and they refuse to give me prricing over the phone. Scary… Anyways, we were so happy with our decision to bring Merlin to this clinic that I will be calling them this afternoon to see if they do normal, non-emergency, visits! Will definitely be switching veterinarians if they do offer this. Also, they do accept pet insurance so that's also another bonus. If your pet is sick and you're looking for somewhere to go. Look no further! You will be well taken care of with compassion and care.
