If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Maxwell & the entire staff were so kind & concerned for us & Kitty. Dr. Maxwell explained the diagnosis & what we needed to do to help Kitty.We could not have had Kitty at a better place. We had had experience with Blue Pearl before with two other pets & knew our Kitty would be taken care of in the most loving & professional way possible. Thank you Blue Pearl! Kitty is thankfully doing really well.

The front desk was kind and helpful. They saw my puppy super quickly (in and out in under 2 hours for an exam, fluids, x-rays, and discussion) and the ER vet was thorough and so kind. I will definitely return if we have another emergency! Thanks!

We visited this Blue Pearl due an emergency with our cat, Moo. Moo unfortunately had to cross the rainbow bridge but I just wanted to say we wouldn't have wanted to make our decision with any other vet. Dr. Emma Carr was so incredibly compassionate and made our baby comfortable for her final moments. The entire team's kindness was above and beyond and you can truly tell that these professionals put their hearts into all that they do. Thank you Blue Pearl

If you are reading this, like we were, on a weekend or holiday, frantically looking for a reputable vet to take your sweet pet because your family vet is closed, look no further and proceed to Blue Pearl Westside with your loved one. Blue Pearl Westside was an extraordinary help when we had to take our sweet dog Sadie in for care. Our family vet was closed (it was a Saturday) so we took her to Blue Pearl on their recommendation. They were able to see us right away and the vet techs ;sorry not to remember their names) were so kind in helping us get Sadie inside during a stressful moment. Dr. Kamp was kind and compassionate as she helped us stabilize Sadie’s pain and, while deferring to the specialists, she gave us a preliminary diagnosis that helped set our expectations we were dealing with something very serious. It is so convenient that they have both emergency and specialty services there, truly a gift to have speciality vets available to help with situations that are not in a generalist vet’s wheelhouse. We were back the following Wednesday with our sweet girl for advanced imaging and Jillian was so empathetic as she checked us in, and answered all our questions. Dr. Tulipan was very professional and thoughtful too. When she called to deliver the unfortunate news that Sadie had cancer, she did so compassionately and did us the favor of telling us clearly that it was in Sadie’s best interests to say goodbye to her. We really appreciated her honesty in that moment even though it was so hard to hear. Blue Pearl’s care enabled us to quickly get our sweet pup on pain meds while we figured out what was going on, and even though it ultimately culminated in Sadie taking a beautiful journey to the dog park in the sky, we’ll forever be grateful for their extraordinary care which enabled us to make the best decision for her and give her as beautiful of a last week as we could. Thank you to all the staff and vets at Blue Pearl 💙

I can’t say enough good things about the entire BluePearl team and the loving care they’ve shown our Fancy doodle while battling double pneumonia. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and so thorough. They’ve also been considerate about the costs of care and shared the pros and cons of certain diagnostics while staying focused on providing the highest level of care and support, even for our hooman emotions along the way.
