I booked an appt day prior to my visit and was happy that they were able to see my guinea pig so fast. They handled her with care and took their time with her to make sure all issues were discovered so we could put her on the right track to recovery It seems like they have a good amount of parking, and the parking lot is easily accessible from the main road. This care center is such a cute little setup inside. The rooms are large for a vet place and I felt very comfortable while visiting. I was happy to see that they were not crowded and the staff was great and went out of their way to assist me with any questions, even Laurel that works at the front desk went out of her way to help! They are just the sweetest there. Positive The positive take from my experience was that I felt I got all I needed as far as treatment and questions answered during and after my visit. Negative I don't have negative feedback for my visit.

Bluegrass has always been our vet. Recently our manecoon, Chewy got sick again and to be put down. They were absolutely wonderful!! The girls up front can be a little gruff and yes they are pricey but they positively love your animal like they're own!! They always remember the animals name and special lil quirks about them.

Everyone may want to have a second opinion on their animal at this point. I used to love this vet clinic but it has really gone downhill. Let me explain 1. Used to go to the radcliff office but was in there one day and the drs bring their dogs to work there and they sit in the small dr personal office all day. They were barking, scratching at the dr wanting out and it was getting on drs nerves so she went in and sedated her dogs and came to the front desk and announced what she just did and started laughing. This was dr. They. So I left radcliff and went back to Brandenburg location. Hoping to just be seen by dr. Williams he is great. But nope. 2. Got an appointment for my small dog and it went ok or at least I thought. This was a new dr that I had no idea who she was. She told me what was going on with my dog and told me the meds she would be putting her on after xray. I was asking about getting a liquid form of the med because she is so hard to get her to take meds. She told me about a probiotic pill wrap that they have and they love it so I was like ok I will get one. She showed me the one they had open in the clinic room and how to use it. It had been used prior. She told me to ask for one up front when I pay my bill. I went to the front desk asked for one and was told let me find one for you. The lady went in one room and could not find any. Came out and said we can order you one but I think we are out. I was ok that will work that's when the office manager said let me look I think we have some, she went into the treatment room that I had just left and walked out and said to the other lady you just need to know where to find them. I paid full price for it only to get home and it was the opened and used one from the treatment room. I was beyond upset but went on with it. 3. Her treatment they gave her was not working so I decided to go get a second opinion because she had told me my dog was in heart failure and collapsed trachea. When we went to the 2nd opinion not only did she not have heart failure but she had very noticeable aspiration pneumonia seen on original xray from bluegrass. So I had to pay for antibiotics that she had went over a month without. Sorry dr williams but we won't be returning to your clinic. Not sure who you are hiring but they don't know what they are talking about. Misdiagnosed all the way. The Xrays that you took were never shown to me until the next vet appointment somewhere else. 4. So now I have talked to my daughter and found out up on her moving she had a checkup before leaving on her kitties and they were good we'll guess what another wrong diagnose her one cat is in complete kidney failure amongst other issues having emergency surgery this week to see if what the see in his bladder is a stone or is bladder cancer. This was dr. theo. This is why I lowered my previous rating to your clinic.

We ended up taking our dog Loki to the emergency vet at 1 o'clock in the morning. He was having trouble breathing, refusing to eat/drink and had a hard stomach. The vet we took him to did a x ray but never showed us what it looked like but when my husband took Loki here for his appointment they did another x ray and found a mass the size of a cantaloupe by his spleen. They took my husband back and showed him what it looked like. They were such an amazing team. They went to prefom the surgery to get the mass out, he passed away and they started preforming cpr on him. They got him back with a faint heart beat but we told them it's okay to put him down so he's not in anymore pain. They even went out their way to hold my three month old baby just so we can have a few minutes with our fur baby after they put him down. I would recommend taking any animal here, they're such an amazing team and they go above and beyond for all animals.

carlee -roo had small cists removed (5) they did one for free, but they failed to get the big one under her front armpit - however, she should have had an xray b4 and they should have seen her extremely large heart problem. they should not have operated on her period until she was treated for heart, liver and her spleen was pushed so far over. the surgery was done b4 a holiday so nobody would be around to help- turns out she had a seizure- we did not find out until last weekend when we took her somewhere else because of her heart pounding and her rapid breathing...spent 1k there at bluegrass did blood work and i am at a loss for words.
